I stop by way to many McDonald’s while I’m traveling for work and it’s refreshing to find friendly people with great customer service!

I asked for a double fish fillet; add onion, pickles and lettuce. I get to the first window and was told it would be a three minute wait so they could drop new fish. I said, “ok”. They had it ready right when I got to the second window. The fish was dark in color, no onion, no tartar sauce. My ten piece nugget was also hard and rubbery. It shouldn’t matter what time of day it is, you should always be able to get a quality product. I’m so sick of people not caring anymore and it be ok.

When I got home to eat my big mac, I decided to open it up and check the burger.
This place is notorious for their laziness.
Ofcourse, no surprise I was dissapointed.
No letuce, no onion, no mustard or ketchup, hardly any sauce. Just 3 buns, 2 pattys 2 pickles and 1 thing of cheese.
$8 for a 2 dollar job. This was done for 3 bigmacs…
So all 3 are worth $6 in total. And big macs are priced at $8 That is robbery.
Ofcourse I called about the type of service i recieved, was offered a refund, but it wasnt good enough since we had already gotten home to eat.
Whoever is in charge of management: I just want you to know. Keep a better eye on how you employees make their burgers. This is how you lose customers.

The Clinton McDonald’s has the absolute WORST customer service of any fast food restaurants anywhere. Zero Customer skills! If you try to order at the counter, the workers and shift managers will not even make eye contact with you. I’ve stood there for 10 minutes, with not even a simple, “I’ll be right with you”, until I’ve finally spoke up, “CAN SOMEONE WAIT ON ME!” Never a “I’m sorry for your wait”, or anything. If the owner(s) ever actually read this, there needs to be some customer service training for these employees. If the only thing that matters to you is the drive through and you can’t do both, then put a sign on the front door saying “Sorry, we are no longer open inside!” And if all of that isn’t bad enough, the inside of the restaurant is filthy! They NEVER clean any of the table tops, trash is overflowing, the self serve drink counter is a complete mess with spilled soda on it. Flies and gnats in the winter time speak volumes. And if you do use the Kiosk to place your order, they NEVER replace the paper in it, so you never even get a receipt! The Management needs to do way better than this!

Came through tonight for a cookie tote (I was expecting them to be a little upset as that’s a good chunk of cookies & required them to drop a tray in the oven) so of course I apologize and both the first window and second window guys were very patient & polite and were so unbothered !! That was so refreshing ! Let’s be honest , working with the public these days isn’t for the weak – so instead of leaving reviews when I have bad experiences – I leave positive reviews to praise when I have a good & unique experience ! So grateful ! Keep up the good work night shift ! 🙂

Called and asked if the Play Place was open before driving just over an hour to get here. We were told it would be all day, and then we arrive to find it closed for cleaning! Absolutely ridiculous!!! We will NEVER be back here!
