I pulled up to curbside and waited 40 minutes for my food. I called them and they pushed it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. This place needs to be shut down. I can go to any other McDonald’s and can get my food in 5 minutes.

Always a great place for a quick bite. The staff at the drive through is very friendly and get your order correct. The only negative thing I could say is that the line in the drive through is usually fairly long. Guess that’s what happens when you do things right.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s. Like, not just in terre haute, but the actual worst one, ever. The staff are insanely rude, confrontational, and utterly clueless. Whether as a customer, or as a doordasher, nearly every experience is miserable. They close the lobby 2-3 hours early, they randomly close the entire store, they blatantly ignore you, like… I’m sorry if your job sucks, but that’s not my problem.

Waited on a door dash, for 25 minutes.while standing there, we observed a fight in the kitchen. Under the work stations the were piles of food and trash, everywhere. Then the shift manager handed our dash out the drive thru window walked over to us and said we don’t have a door dash order. It had been on the now serving screen the entire time we were there. Many customers were walking out because of the non existence of service. One young kid was trying to help at the front just to get yelled at by the extremely rude shift manager. This was 07/03/2023.

Do not go here just left there and placed two separate orders to go 1 was a 20 piece nugget medium fry, medium coke, double cheeseburger large fry took 18 minutes to get that order took almost 15 minutes to get large fry and McChicken for a friend they was short staffed due to not hiring and running people around and being rude as I have talked to ex employees and there was other people that waited 18-20+ for small orders as well
