My wife and I had breakfast here yesterday, and just before we left we witnessed an incident between a manager and an employee presumably with a disability. The employee was instructed to sweep, mop, and wipe down windows for one of the entrances by another employee, we assume was also a manager. Not even a couple minutes later, this other manager came and confronted her about doing the same task as if she wasn’t already in the process of starting. She began to berate the employee, refuse to let the employee respond, and made her cry.
This is unprofessional behavior, regardless of the presence of customers or not, employees should not be yelled at, especially when they didn’t do anything wrong.

We went thru the drive thru and just ordered two drinks. A sprite and a SWEET tea. We don’t know if the lady had got the wrong drink, they got the sweet and unsweet flip flopped in the containers, or they just plain forgot to add the suger. But it DEFINITELY was not SWEET tea at all. Other than that everything was just fine.

Getting better. It’s another McDonald’s restaurant. I had stopped going to this location because the fries were being pulled early. After an email to the owner they are on point again. Fast friendly service at this location. The restaurant is clean and well done inside. Drive tru is quick. Not a bad spot for some of your favorite McDonald’s food.

For 15.00 dollars you can get 2 fish sandwiches and a large fry. The wife and I never eat fast food but thought what the hell. What we got were 2- 3 x3 Square fish fellits with starter sauce. As you can see, they almost missed the sandwich. I feel sorry for people that rely on fast food to feed themselves or family. Why not go to the store and by a whole chicken!. If you’re a member at Sam’s, you could get 3 large fully cooked chickens instead of this meal. I can’t believe they almost missed the 3×3 Square with the tatter sauce. I could feed the whole family for a week for what it would cost one trip to McDonalds.

Worst customer service ever! We were literally waiting in line forever to be able to get breakfast, and the screen changes right at the end of the person in front of us ordering breakfast. So they refuse to serve us breakfast. Will never be back!

The organization and service at this location always has been below par, but this day was terrible. There are several issues that need addressed.
Food Safety: Not one single person in the kitchen area was wearing a hair net and most weren’t wearing gloves. When asked about the hair nets, I was told that the visor hats were sufficient. Some of them had hair exploding out everywhere.
Customer Service: Most of the people there did not want to be there and complained about their jobs constantly. One individual even used foul language.
Order Accuracy and Prep: One of my items was a triple cheeseburger. When I opened it, I found it just thrown in there. See the picture. They also forgot my picante sauce for the burritos and gave me hot mustard sauce. And this issue happens a lot.
I give this location too many chances, and this was the last one, especially with the hair and the hats. I won’t go there again.

Save your breath and go elsewhere. *KAYLEE PHILLIPS worker at drive thru threatened my underage daughter for absolutely no reason and management did nothing. Lucky I’m not a woman or I would have been in jail
