On 3/3/2026 at 12:44 a.m I ordered 2 Big Arch combos. After getting home opening up the box and taking the first bite I tasted something long and stringy. After I investigated what it was I found a long piece of hair on my sandwich. I called the wrong location (downtown)to report the incident and was told by Becca that they just switched over to breakfast and I would have to wait until lunch to have my order replaced. I returned to the US 41 location where I found hair in my food close to noon and was told my order could not be replaced because I gave her the wrong name and because the order was made at 12:44 a.m. Regardless, the hair was found on my food at the US 41 location and I feel it should still be reported no matter to circumstance.

One worker did start to help me, she walked away when a coworker asked her to ring up her meal. Two Managers who were doing expo up front both look and ignored me. Eventually one of the managers did help me. Lousy service, I would’ve given zero stars if it were an option

Service was good but slow. Restaurant clean. Was disappointed that on the building it said PLAYPLACE and then we go inside buy food and head to play area to find out it’s Toddler Only Area. Felt like a little Bait and Switch tactic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely pitiful service. Rude staff. I very politely asked 3 different people for assistance when my receipt wasn’t printed. I was ignored by each one. Probably one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve been in, ate there last night and whole family was throwing up later on. Should have known better. Filthy place, the kitchen, floors, seating area, the whole place. The floors everywhere were slippery from filth. Needs corporate to close them down until it can be staffed and operated properly.

Ordered a lemonade with no ice, as well as my two smaller children’s food. Upon getting to the window where they hand you your food. I was given a large(which i didn’t ask for, but was charged for it) cup of lemonade, but only half of the cup was full. I asked for the manager, and she explained that they pay for the food cost and that she would have to reboot the machine to give me a full cup of lemonade. I asked her if she thought this was fair, and she replied, “No.” I asked her what happened to the customer being right… she replied, “I don’t know.” I shook her hand and drove off. I got home and went through my kids’ food, and half of their food was not in their boxes. I live 20 minutes away from this restaurant, I was not turning around. But, I will be speaking with the daytime manager. I truly believe that these large corporations have forgotten that “we” the customers are the reason they are here.

My friend ordered a 6 piece and got a 4 1/2 piece. We’ve ordered this before from this location and haven’t had a problem but this time it tasted burnt and they asked if they wanted sauce which we did but they only gave 1 packet. If someone’s paying $10 for a chicken tender meal I’m pretty sure they want every tender they payed for and not shredded burnt tenders.

I used the app to to get a free burger, and they had such a bad attitude. I am calling corporate cause not only did yall have a bad attitude yall broke my bag on purpose and didnt even pack the order correctly. Also my burger looked like they ripped it apart. Wear gloves and hairnets bro. Ridiculous. Never again. I hope yall get shut down after i call.

The store was absolutely filthy there was trash everywhere on the floor on the tables and there was chemical bottles left out on the drink station right where children could get access to it. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting the entire floor was wet from not not being mop but just from the sweat of the toilet and the water did not work I could not get either the faucets to turn on and the soap machine dispenser was broken it would not shut they were handprints on the walls. Only thing good about this was that the food was good and fresh and hot but judging by the outside of it and the inside of it I’m not so sure that it was that probably good to be eating at all I only give it two stars because I know they are very busy place and have a high turnover rate but it probably should have been in one star because of the food did take forever to get anyway and I only got two items and when I did order at the kiosk it did not print out my receipt and the girl did not know how to get the receipt printed at the front counter it took about 5 minutes just to get the receipt to figure out what my order was I would not recommend going here.
