You usually get your order correct. Not always though. It does seem understaffed, and high stress most of the time. It’s not the employees fault. That contributes to poor service and forgotten items though. If you don’t want to drive further, this location is good enough but, if you’re willing to go a mile or so further, it’s probably worth it

I was having a pretty bad day and decided to get some food around 11:00-11:10ish, I’ve ordered burgers with alot of customizations, normally with other places I wouldn’t receive good costumer service after the annoyance but this place was different. I got all smiles, while being asked to drive around to the side to wait, when they brought my food out she explained my order and asked if I had medium fries, once telling her no, she then told me “good, I threw some in for you”. I don’t normally get any handouts, even though it may of been just a medium fry, it changed my day around. You have a pretty good crew here, I would try and keep them around

Edited: Picture attached. Decided to give them another chance today, because my son wanted to try their new McCrispy strips. After so many months, you’d think there might be some positive change. Although the faces were new, it’s still the same old place, serving up half orders of fries and missing food. I’m sure their servings and the fact that managers get big bonuses when food costs are low are no coincidence. This will be the absolute last time I visit here.
They have some of the worst employees imaginable. Orders get messed up so much, it’s like they’re trying to get it wrong. Between half filled fries and forgotten food items, they’re practically bordering theft, instead of just making mistakes. When you try to get your food corrected, expect getting ignored. They’re too busy standing around and cutting up with each other, to be bothered with you. I’d love nothing more than to see this place shut down. If possible, avoid at all costs!

Terrible customer service, very slow service, most employees have an attitude like they aren’t the ones who chose to work there… food is cold or nasty 9.5 out of 10 times. Prepare to get pulled forward almost every time so you can wait for them to deliver your cold bag of food. Yall are becoming by far the worst fast food chain around! Congratulations!

We use the moblie order, once checked in we watched 8 to 12 cars go through we would have been ahead of. So using moblie does not make it faster at all. After waiting all that time I went in and my order was setting there because no one wanted to bring it out. So is this how moblie orders normally workat this location? This is horrible customer service.

Terrible service I ordered on DoorDash. I ordered a Mc double nuggets a Dr Pepper and a large mocha Iced coffee and they gave me a Coke to replace my coffee couldn’t even give me a Dr Pepper if you can’t clean your freaking coffee machine, then maybe you shouldn’t have coffee

I have never had a good experience here. Just paid for food that was supposed to be “fixed” because it was made wrong as usual, never even got it. Wasted my entire lunch for a “fast” food restaurant. I have already put in a complaint and all they offered me was a meal ticket after SEVERAL inconveniences and money lost. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Do not go here if you don’t want to lose your time and money for a cold sloppy cheeseburger.

Already left a review and a year later they haven’t changed shit. Went there around lunch time and tried to get a $5 meal and once I got back with it realized it only had 3 out of the 4 nuggets and no fry ♂️seems like the place only gets worse at this point would just go to the Taco Bell down the road from it they will at least get the order right

0 stars. This place is beyond deplorable. I am currently sitting in the parking lot like I have been for the last 45 minutes hour. Waiting on food that was already made apparently but when I asked if that was mine they told me it wasn’t but then established that it was mine so then tried to bring it out to me after I had already been sitting there for 30 minutes and now I’ve been out here for another 20 minutes since then and have not gotten a drink have not gotten any acknowledgment. I have a child in the car that I’m not going to be able to carry back outside when carrying food because we got food for a group of us. And when calling they don’t answer. Drive-thru says they don’t have the order at all. I’m raging.
