I’m going to start driving to Evansville to go to McDonald’s. The Mount Vernon location is the biggest waste of space there is. Out of the last six orders I’ve made there one has been right. I’m constantly getting pulled forward and having to wait at the front of the building for 5 to 10 minutes for food. I ordered two mocha frappe’s and a Sprite this morning. And instantly got my mocha frappe’s. But they pulled me forward to get away from the window for a sprite. And then it took him almost 8 minutes to bring me a medium Sprite. It’s outrageous. This location needs a change of ownership or change of management or a new crew. Because it’s getting ridiculous that I never get the right order when I’m there and I always have to pull forward and wait by the time I get my food it’s cold.

The manager today 2/16/26 needs to learn to speak to her employees with respect and communicate effectively. Because of her lack of ability to speak to humans, the poor lady running the drive thru window at lunch today seemed so frazzled and overwhelmed, I thought she was going to cry. I understand a lunch rush, but I don’t understand someone talking down on someone else. Bcs of this, we didn’t get one of our sandwiches, which was the managers fault bcs she was bagging the food. I do want to give the lady handing us our food her 5 stars, for handling that manager with grace.

We ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and a quarter pounder meal it took 15 minutes and that’s generous to get an ice cold meal that we had to pull around and wait for. It also was over $18 dollars. Im sorry,I never complain about restraunts but this was ridiculous. Im not sure who was in charge but a person’s hard earned money should be disrespected and have to pay for inedible food.

You want to know why this place is so terrible? #1 managers don’t do they’re jobs #2 employee work ethic. They literally allowed employees to carry on they’re phones looking up lingerie on snap instead of of cleaning or fulfilling orders. Bad management practices 100%

My order is rarely correct, but it’s FAST FOOD, Sometimes, running in to grab a coffee, takes longer than using the drive through. ❤️ Using the app does help with the price of your order!

I stopped at McDonald’s this morning and was really disappointed with my order. I found an eggshell in my food and even a small hair. I was in a rush, so I just had to take it back, but normally I would have asked to speak to a manager. Honestly, the cleanliness didn’t seem up to standard, and I wouldn’t recommend this location. Definitely needs to do better.

Unbelievable! Ordered an ice caramel coffee at 9:59 in the drive up. 3 cars were in line before us. They all received their orders and at 10:16 I still did not have my order. I will not go to this McDonald’s again. Service is horrible!!

Dirty atmosphere, takes forever, cook was touching his noise a lot and was eating bacon with no gloves on, workers cussing, and no organized at all. This place needs a new manager and team leaders asap!

I used the McDonald’s mobile app to place my order 10 minutes before arriving to the restaurant. I declared my order ID at the drive-through and arrived at the pick up window. There was a car directly in front of me still waiting for their late order. Staff at the pick up window told me to pull forward and they would bring my order out. That was at 10:26 AM. I watched a McDonald’s staff member bring two other orders out that arrived after me. Then a staff member tried to bring me an order that wasn’t mine. I told her what I ordered, so she proceeded to bring out yet another persons order behind me. Finally at 10:39am I parked and went into the restaurant to pick up my order from the counter. Upon arriving at the inside counter, I looked and saw my order ready and getting cold on the counter near the kitchen. I got my order and returned to my vehicle. As I was leaving, I noticed that the car which was in front of me waiting when I arrived was still waiting when I left.This McDonald’s restaurant, in my opinion, is the worst service restaurant in the entire worldwide McDonald’s franchise. Steer clear of it if you can.
