I was there around 6 on 3-6-26. The first thing that happened was the girl at the window was cussing at another employee right in front of me. And then said “Did you have a coke?” very rudely. They pulled me, which is fine because they were a little busy. But, I waited in the spot for 40 minutes. I had to go in and get my food, which they totally forgot about. They had to look up my order, and I had to show them my bank statement to prove that I bought it. I’m usually very understanding and the boy that helped me inside was so kind! But it was very ridiculous. I typically don’t complain like this because I’ve worked in food service since I was 14, and I’ve worked at a McDonald’s myself. But this upset me so much. I had a very long day at work and I just wanted something quick and easy. I’m probably never going to come back. The teenagers that they have in there are just blatantly rude. If you don’t like your job then get a new one.

This place dont even deserve the 1 star!!! I went through mcdonald’s on Hart Street yesterday morning 10/22/25 to get my husband and daughter some breakfast, was in a hurry to get my child back to school as she just had a dr appointment. Opened her sandwich and BOOM a piece of wrapper paper from the cheese or something. What baffled me the most, was that it was directly under the top bun. They had to see this as they were putting on the bun to finish the sandwich!! This is a CHOKING hazard ♀️ Absolutely disgusting.

I went through the drive thru and was given cold fries. I went inside and a girl working with blue hair gave me another cold order. I told her those fries were cold too. She made a fresh batch and said if you want fresh fries next time you need to order ahead of time online. So I guess otherwise they will continue to serve cold food.

If you want to sit in line forever for your order to be wrong look no further this is the McDonald’s for you. I’m no prophet or fortune teller but I’m willing to bet that if your order food from here your order will be wrong. If you want a refund be prepared to have to help them give you the correct amount of money back also cause they won’t know how. Good luck 🙂

This experience was a drive threw order on 8/31/21.
I arrived in line at 11am. There were four cars ahead of me, 2 in each drive threw ordering line. I placed my order at 11:02am. I arrived and paid for my order at 11:05 am at 11:07am I had my order and was on my way. This drive threw was very fast, thorough and efficient.
I ordered a #2a quarter pounder with cheese and asked them to hold the pickle, as I wanted to see if they got the order correct. The drink was a coke, and it was correct and had more coke than ice, which I appreciate. The fries were lightly salted and done just right. The burger was also correct, cooked well and seasoned as it should be.
Pros: Fast, Accurate service, food as good as any other McDonald’s.
Cons: None.
This location has fast, and has accurate employees. The food was as good as you would expect from a McDonald’s chain. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here to eat again.
Updated 12/3/24: Having visited this location more than once the past few months the service at the drive through has taken a dive. They love the additional parking to have you pull up to and they don’t mind leaving you there for up to 10 minutes at a time. Drive through here is most definitely not fast anymore. Dropping rating based upon these experiences.

Boyfriend asked me to leave 2 stars but I don’t even want to leave 1!! We waited 10 minutes in the drive through for 3 items, an order of fries, nuggets, and a mcchicken. They were not busy when we pulled up, staff was rude and dismissive. Handed our bag to us aggressively saying “here’s that” and nothing more. No one was in uniform, and they were walking around playing on their phones!! There’s lettuce and fries thrown everywhere in the bag and the foods not even warm. My boyfriend and I are now late for work because we waited a total of 15 minutes including our ordering. What bs!!

Took forever to get food. While waiting, a customer threw a fit due to waiting too long for 2 ice cream cones. Food woulda been a 4 maybe a 5 if my nuggets were cold as hell and if the count was correct. The 1/4 pounder was really good and fresh. My large fry was maybe a medium due to not being close to full. My sons triple cheeseburger was good according to him.

Gave my online code. They did not even try to use it. Ask for a sausage McMuffin. Got charged for a sausage egg McMuffin. So I had to take egg off. But yeah I still had to pay for it. The lady in back drive taking your money and your orders is very rude. Need somebody new in there with friendly service. This McDonald’s is way better to visit during the weekends. The weekend morning crew is way friendlier faster the food’s even better experience.
