Some days they get it right so long as you don’t order anything other than basic menu items. The days you do order more than the most simple things they manage to mess your order up so bad. I ordered the new flagship item this month the buffalo ranch Mc.Crispy. Got this, missing every single thing other than the pickles from the advert, no sauce, no bacon, no lettuce, nothing from the picture and I confirmed for the person who took my order through the drive through like three times that I wanted the new Buffalo Ranch Mc.Crispy meal.

It’s about as mediocre as any fast food place can get. Often times your orders are forgotten and sometimes when they are fulfilled, they are messed up.
Breakfast can be really good at times. Wish it was consistent. This particular McDonalds suffers GREATLY from a lack of consistency.
I rarely ever go as a result. When it’s good, I come back and always get disappointed.
The employees are at least sweet up front. Can’t say they aren’t trying.

I ordered a number 7 and got my 2 sandwiches with only 1 pickle on each sandwich!!! How do I pay that price?! The fries were warm but lack of mustard, ketchup and especially pickle was extremely disappointing!

I ordered McDouble sandwich and large coke no ice. I get to the second window I get my coke with ice. I waved to him and told him no ice please. Then a second guy came to the window with the same Coke. He shut the window before I could say anything. It took them 5 minutes to get my sandwich and right Coke. I thought they were rude. He also told me I can keep the Coke wit ice. I said no. It was an easy order. Should have not happened.

I love the food here, it can be a bit pricy, and the service is usually really good the past 3 times I’ve come here. Today 2 teens were drinking their milkshakes in front of customers, I don’t know what the policy is with eating and drinking in front of customers but most establishments don’t allow it. They were still ready to go when customers needed something and did their job, so it would be a 4-star for them. A woman named Rachel was nice to bring food to someone’s table and when she asked if they needed anything else they asked for ketchup she didn’t hesitate to grab some for them. I love the atmosphere of this place as well, the wooden atmosphere with the walls, tables, chairs, and leather couches. So much better than Jasper McDonald’s.

I rarely eat out and I don’t complain but Come on McDs! This is a filet of fish combo that I bought. The fish was not cooked thoroughly and a half slice a cheese on a bun that’s the size of a slider bun. The fries were over cooked and they forgot my drink. Their customer service is awful as well. I didn’t even complain for the long wait but the one girl acted like I did when they forgot my drink too

Ordered 2 happy meals, with 2 extra cheeseburgers, was told the extra burgers were in the happy meals, were not there, got pulled up where I’ve been waiting for fifteen minutes, for two, single, cheeseburgers with just ketchup and cheese on them, ordered at 601, it’s now 616
Update: waited another 5 minutes before I had to go inside to find out they forgot about me, got home, my kid’s food now cold, and the 2 extra cheeseburgers wrong

The McDonald’s restaurant in my hometown had just opened up over a month ago, and I’ve been finding myself coming to it often on a regular basis, especially because of how much I love the food they’re able to serve. Even though the way the food is served has changed since the last few years, I’m able to adjust to the changes as long as I’m satisfied with everything else that McDonald’s has to offer.

Nothing against the workers because they were clearly understaffed and apologized for the wait. That said we waited about 30 minutes for food. (Companies should staff better and not be greedy running on a bare bones crew) The Mcgriddle was about the only good thing. The hash browns were a bit soggy. The pumpkin spice coffee tasted like the smell of a bathroom Speaking of bathrooms… You walk in and hear a loud noise to find the toilets flushing endlessly wasting tons of water because the sensors are broken. Last but not least do we really have to have a church sermon playing on the radio?
