Best fries I’ve had in a long time. I think they had more salt. Fries over the years aren’t what they were when I worked at McDonald’s almost 40 years ago. Fries were so good I didn’t mind that my special order double cheeseburgers were made wrong. I’m glad I’m not allergic to onions. Thanks for the great fries.

I don’t even know where to begin. In my time eating inside they messed up my original order. A patron before me got their order messed up more than once. Someone I the drew through also did not receive everything. No one is perfect, but in this quick of time frame. 3 mistakes is a lot especially since they were not budy at all. Maybe 2 employees are in correct uniform. The rest look like they are in a circus. No one washed their hands. Ive seen food safety violations and operation violations. As a store manager myself if this were my store id be livid. Worst experience by far. There was one employee, however who was nice, in correct uniform, and fixed the mistake they made!

Service was fast bc the food was so cold… cheese wasn’t even melted and flapping around like they were in a wind storm on top of the 1/8” inch cheese burger and the French fries were so cold they were stiff as though they had been embalmed in the nasty tasting 30 day old grease they had been fried in. Best thing going for them was the courteous smile and have a good day at the pickup window.

Horrible service. Had to wait forever. They skipped over our order then asked what we ordered. Gave us the wrong order. Then brought us out the right size fries but the sandwiches were made completely wrong. They also kept our receipt. It’s 5:36 pm on Oct 5th 2025. They need to do better.

I ordered a bacon McDouble. She didn’t tell me it wasn’t on the menu and was $3 extra for bacon. I paid before I realized the extra cost but just accepted it. Got the burger with no bacon. Asked for a refund of the $3 bacon, she refunded the whole burger and said I needed to throw the burger away. So I Just threw it away and left instead of wasting time explaining it to her.

Worst customer service ever. No one in drive through and placed an order for pickup. Didn’t realize until I pulled up to the order screen it placed for inside carryout. I mentioned my mistake and asked could I get the drink in drive through I have a sleeping baby in the car. Reply was no you will have to come in and pick that up. I cant do that. Yeah sorry

When I entered the building there was no one there to help me at the counter. I waited a few minutes then I placed my order on the kiosk. I then waited 14 minutes for a big Mac and fries. Meanwhile, 13 cars went through the drive-through. Apparently, people in the drive through are in a bigger hurry and their time is more valuable than those of us who walked in. Then, when I finally got my order, I had to go back to get my fries because they only filled it half way. Poor service all the way through.
