I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and when I got to the window they told me to pull forward because there are still making my food. Once I got it home and I bit into the sandwich it was completely Raw on the inside. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one would ever answer.

It’s McDonald’s food, it’s not the worst but it’s not the best, but that’s alright. It’s cheap and they always have a bunch of great deals on the app, and they’re open late which makes it one of my go to places after a late night shift. I just order on the app, go through the drive thru, and my food is out in less than 5 minutes. If I ever wake up early enough you already know I’m getting the Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit and a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. Say what you want, McDonald’s is reliably okay food, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

The woman manager with brown hair first shift I believe is incredible. She was super helpful to me and she is beyond kind. She is always hard working and kind. Very polite. The parking lot here can be a little congested and difficult but my food is always fresh and as long as that manager is working it’s fast pace and food is warm and delivery is quick.

The food was subpar. The nuggets were old and cold for such a busy restaurant!! The Happy Meals were over $6 and the food was BARELY edible. Thank goodness the kiddos I had taken to lunch didn’t mind too much! The service was TERRIBLE! We had to wait in line every time we needed anything! There were no napkins, Ketchup or drink machines available to the customers at all. Everything was behind the counter. They didn’t even give us any napkins so I immediately had to go up and stand in line. Same again with the ketchup I requested with one of my nugget Happy Meals! I went up for a refill and was told they don’t do refills at that store! Wt heck?! It was full- price for a “refill”. Also I heard them tell another customer a cup of water was $1.79!!!
I have never experienced such a terrible McDonald’s in my life! Granted it is a restaurant in the inner city of Indianapolis, but it’s the closest one to the hospitals and hotels we were staying at downtown. I will never go back! Sorry, but I would rather take my chances and drive another 10 or 15 minutes for better food!!

I normally wouldn’t comment on the service of a fast food place cause of course it isn’t gonna be great, but this particular one is especially terrible. Consistently giving me the wrong order after making me wait 15-25 minutes. Even when i tell the person handing it to me explicitly what i ordered and what name should be on it, they’ll look me in the eye and hand me the wrong bag. I’ve worked at a few different drive throughs so i feel like i know the kinds of things that tend to go wrong. But this place must be mismanaged or staffed by completely apathetic people because no one seems to care if anyone gets the food they paid for.

I’m surprised McDonald has survived so far. The only thing I like about it is the free treats and rewards especially on a Sunday. Low quality and taste, cheap food overall tho.

Slowest possible experience, defeats the purpose of fast food. For the amount you’re paying just go to a sit down restaurant you will probably spend less time there than in the drive through of this McDonalds.

I thought it was crazy why this McDonalds only had 3 star review until I came through the drive thru..omg worst McDonalds. I don t mind pulling forward if my food is not ready but 15 mins ….I wasn’t the only one pulled forward for that long. Look at all the 1 star reviews. If I was management/something needs done and fast. I ended up getting my food and they forgot my 2 straws so I had to go I side to grab the straws. Not very happy…terrible place to eat. Management it is your fault for letting it get this bad.

This was perhaps the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever stepped foot in. It smelled bad, every trash can was full, and the bathrooms were messy. I was not hopeful about the quality of my order. But let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised with the service. My food came out fast, was hot and the sandwiches were well made. For that, I shall grant this place three stars.
