Fast, friendly, and accurate service. Manager even came into dining area to ask customers if everything was to our satisfaction. And gave the 2 year old with us a toy. Best McDs experience in years, definitely best location in the east central Indiana area.

This store is always out of stuff almost like nobody can order supplies correctly. Service is absolutely painfully slow every time. It’s unfortunate this is the only location close to me unless you go all the way to Muncie. Normally fries are cold and if you get a sandwich that comes in a box you better be prepared to build it yourself and get silverware to get your toppings back on the bun. The only good thing I can really say is the old lady that works breakfast is an absolute sweetheart and the store is clean but that’s it. Check your order before you pull out of the lot.

I pull up at 9:08pm on a wednesday. I order a sundae, and a quarter pounder with cheese and fries.
Nothing at all fancy.
I’m one of two cars in line, and the person in front of me had to wait 0 seconds for their food.
I’m asked to pull up to spot one after being handed my sundae.
I then drive away after 9:20 after being handed my food and drive home two blocks away… to realize my fries AND burger are objectively cold and i now have a half melted sundae.
This isn’t my first bad experience here, so shame on me for being fooled more than once.

“McDonald’s can be hit or miss, but this location is the best in town for food. When they did make a small mistake with my order, management personally brought my food out quickly, nice and fresh. That kind of service really stands out.”

Nebo McDonald’s is the best!!! Food is always fresh. The people are always kind and efficient when it comes to your order. The manager and his sister are super sweet people! Thanks for being my favorite McDonald’s! I gladly drive out of my way to order from this establishment! Keep up the good work thanks for caring about your customers experience! They were slow af. Didn’t say a word after taking my order. And they skipped making my order and made the next 3 guests orders since they were regulars. One of the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever ate at I’m service wise. Food was OK but not the freshest it could’ve been

Service is pretty quick at this location, which is nice. But the lady taking our order wasn’t very pleasant at all. She was very aggressive taking our order through drive through and rushing us. When we got to the first window, I asked her for strawberry jam and she didn’t even acknowledge us and just shut the window. I laughed it off, maybe she was just ready for a smoke or restroom break, but she was rude. She really needs to work on her tone and customer service, especially when you’re dealing with people directly.
