I literally hate mcdonalds. The only reason I was there was cuz my good friend needed something to eat. Unfortunately when we was there he found a tooth in his hamburger. A baby tooth. How freaking vual and disgusting. It’s crazy u can’t even trust what your eating anymore. I say and cried for an hour cuz of that tooth knowing there was something wrong with that whole situation. Watch where you eat people……you never kno…..ty.

Placed an online order even called up there and asked if they could out ketchup and mayo in the bag. Guess what there was no straw for my drink no spoon for the ice-cream and no sauces and the person on the phone just seemed so rude the way they were speaking. Please do better.

The only consistently good experience I’ve had at this location is during breakfast hours when their kitchen is staffed by a Hispanic crew. Any other time quality is extremely poor. Fries are often soft and cold and the hamburger patties also have come to me usually cold. Except for their breakfast, most of the time their lunch and dinner falls below the expected corporate standard.

This McDonalds with a new interior redesign looks fantastic on the inside. Not only does it look fantastic with a modern inside and play place but also the customer service was remarkable. Our cashier was patient with our family. Our three children were having difficulty ordering and he was patient. The food when prepared was as good as any McDonalds that I have dined at!
I would have given it a higher rating, BUT the exterior of building is in serious disrepair. Bad is the exterior, I questioned if I should rate it lower. Passing through, I will definitely get off the interstate to visit. I only hope that the owners make improvements because the exterior needs it!

Ordered food, expecting it to be somewhat decent being around dinner time, fries were not fresh at all other items were not fresh or even warm by the time I got home, honestly location needs to do better

Was using the self checkout. It asked if I wanted to go from a medium to a large with no extra charge. So I clicked yes and it up charged anyhow.
I asked for help and the employees were completely disrespectful. The older lady behind the counter said she didn’t know anything about the kiosk with a rude tone. So I say somebody does back. Because I give back what attitude you give me. She went to get someone else.
The next lady I changed my tone and told her nicely what was going on. And she came at me with an attitude too. Said obviously it’ll upcharge for a bigger size. And I told her that the machine said it wasn’t going to upcharge me. So I asked how to put it back to a medium because the machine is robbing people.
So I continued my order and the option popped up again. I told her to come back and look because she was basically calling me a liar.
She said she wasn’t calling me a liar. So at this point I’m pissed off and I kicked the wet floor sign and left.
For those employees who have an attitude with everyone for no reason. I hope there is a special place for you.
I’m sick of everyone being rude to each other. I’m done being nice. I’ma start treating people the way they treat me.

I went through drive through drink almost half empty asked for my drink to be topped off. And she made fun of me as she put ice in the cup didn’t even add coke and handed to me refused to look at me.
Like I get it u don’t get paid much but you dont need to take it out on a customer when they just wanted there worth of coke for the amount they paid.
