First of all when I ask for a toddler toy and then reiterate that I need one and still get a regular toy it’s annoying ordered a 6pc kids meal and 20pc and got one single bbq and waited in line for 10-15 min for old fries. Very disappointed I personally don’t like McDonald’s but my daughter and husband do so I deal but this is unacceptable honestly.

Staff doesn’t care. Food takes forever. Better triple check your order because they never get it right. Milkshakes never. Frappe nope. Iced new drinks. Nope. Seriously probably the worst one I have ever been to ever. Only thing nice was the lady taking my order and she told me she was going to quit and it was only day 2 for her.

Whoever the girl working in doordash / to gos is absolutely no help. arguing that my order wasn’t there when my order number was on her screen. she ignored me and sat there on her phone for the first 5 minutes of being in the lobby. very unprofessional and rude staff. nobody came to help even though multiple employees were standing around doing nothing.

Our food was cold, and the grease definitely needed changed for the fries. The dining room was pretty clean except where you get your drinks. The young lady that took our order was very sweet though. There was young lady that was very loud anytime she talked, sounded like she was hollering…..annoying!

I have yet to receive my correct order at the drive-thru. They forget something or mess up my order every time. You have expect to be missing something or have something wrong because they will never get it right. Management is awful.

This McDonald’s is ok. If you’re looking for fast, it’s not perfect. The first and only time I went didn’t go great. I placed my dine in order at the self-serve kiosk, and it printed my receipt. So I thought I just had to wait for my dine in order. I waited over 30 minutes, and it still wasn’t out. I went up to the counter and asked about the progress, and the lady told me they didn’t even have my order in their system. I explained that I paid and everything and showed her my receipt. She brought my food 10 minutes later, saying that she mistakenly gave it to a different customer. Definitely would not go here again unless I’m desperate.

Every single time I go this store….they either don’t have something, can’t make something, or can only take cash payment because their system is always down. When they actually do have what I want…it’s usually not that good…old fries…sandwich that’s not fresh. I work late…and sometimes it’s the only place open. The cash only thing is ridiculous as most people don’t carry cash on them these days. The manager needs to get it together on that shift. I normally would just let it go…I hate to complain, but it’s hands down the worst McDonald’s in Muncie.
