There’s always a minimum of two employees taking smoke breaks during rushes and you end up sitting in line for 20+ minutes and then they ask you to pull to the side to bring your food which is another minimum 5-10 minutes. Just take the time to go to mcgalliard

After 9 pm, they ignore the curb side orders. Then if you wait 20 minutes and go in. No one in the building will acknowledge you. They’ll look at you but no one will interact with you.

Let me make this short. This McDonald’s is terrible. Went there and ended up waiting 20 mins for my food just to come to the window and see two workers joking around. They don’t take their job seriously and are literally play with peoples food. Waited 20 mins just to have my fries cold and I got a quarter pounder just to not even be able to finish it due to it have an insane amount of pepper and salt. Literally the pepper was grinding in my mouth tht first and only bite I took. Literally the worst McDonald’s in Muncie. They need to do better. Literally terrible.

If there were an Olympic event for being slow, this McDonald’s would take home the gold. I could’ve cooked a three-course meal before my fries were ready. The “fast” in fast food clearly didn’t make it to this location.

My experience is getting a happy meal at almost every McDonald’s I go to I get screwed out of my sauce for my nuggets! Not very happy with the people employed at these McDonald’s. They need to be trained properly to make sure the order is complete before calling it done.

Two times in the last week we’ve found ourself here to pick up food for our kids. Not coming during any real rush hour (6PM tonight) and McDonalds has a line waiting around the building again, just like last time we were here.
Last time it took nearly 20 minutes to receive a happy meal. Here’s to hoping they aren’t that slow again tonight. Food WAS ok last time at least, we will see about how this time goes ♂️

I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese and got no bacon on my burger. When I called the store the manager said “what do you want me to do” and refused to help without going to the store physically. I ordered through the app, I know they can refund it without being there.

Potentially the worst McDonald’s in the state. Will never return again. I have given this location many tries to prove me wrong and they have failed time and time again. Stale fries, stale McChicken with extreme amounts of filth on the bottom of the patty, genuinely felt unsafe to eat. All wound up in the trash. If you cannot handle 24 hours a day do not serve food 24 hours a day. STAY AWAY. their are a couple other locations around that area (not open 24/7) that consistently hand out high quality food quickly. Stay the hell away from this one.
