Food was fresh once we received it. Stopped in while on a road trip. Used the facilities then ordered inside. Over 25 minutes from order until number was called. Staff seemed unorganized and a bit on edge. Might be the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Went thru drive thru today. We was told that we had to pull around to wait because they was waiting on fresh burgers. I’m absolutely ok having to wait when they are fresh. However we waited around the side and when they brought r burgers out to us they most definitely was not fresh. They were old and beyond dried out. Was like chewing on piece of foam. If ur gonna make people wait. U shouldn’t use old as patties out of some kinda damn warmer. This McDonald’s sux n probably worst one I have ever been to.

We had a craving for ice cream sundaes & cookies! The sundaes were great & just how we wanted them! The cookies were freshly baked. What ooey gooey chocolatey goodness! Nothing beats fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies! You can even get a baker’s dozen for a decent price, too! Their other food is good, too. The location is good, especially if you need to get on the interstate after getting a bite to eat or stopping off in the middle of your trip for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s right off the exit & easy to get to. They do have curbside pickup, which I love!

Doing door dash tonight it took 30 minutes an when I said something all I was waiting on was “fries” but there was employees that placed a order for themselves an got their food before the door dash order that I was waiting on!! On top of getting told there is no heat haven’t had heat for a year now!! I WILL NOT be back!! You need different managers that can actually mange a shift.. I’m a fast food worker myself but this is way out of line to wait that long with no heat while employees are getting their food they just placed before door dash that I waited for 30 minutes

(update after all of this: we were there for FORTY MINUTES WAITING FOR OUR FOOD and the manager decided to be a prick about the sweetener for the tea being out?) we ordered two burger meals a shake a frappe been here for 20 minutes and counting there’s about 50 people here do not stop if you’re in a rush i literally never write reviews i just have so much time to kill because this dude bryce has been changing the trash right in front of us for about 10 of those minutes buddy let’s pick up the spatula neither of us wanna be here help me help you?

Asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and was told no problem and 10 seconds later was handed our food without any ketchup and mayonnaise packets. How would anyone forget that fast?? It’s nonstop like that here. Like they don’t want to give you any for your fries or sandwiches. Food was chilled and Big Mac had so much Mac sauce you could’ve used it on 10 Big Macs. Made for a mess and soggy buns.

The food was ok, but the restaurant was dirty and the wait was long. No visible leak anywhere, yet sticky liquid on the floor. Overflowing trash. Bathroom was stocked, but water and paper on the floor and unflushed toilets. Random box was left in dining area. Didn’t seem very busy, but wait was unusually long. Disappointing for McDonald’s.

52.00 worth of food, ask for ketchup for our fries they give us 3 packs for 5 people, ask for barbecue sauce for nuggets (we ordered it) and they gave us 1. Then my wife’s sandwich ended up having hair in it. I won’t return to this McDonald’s.
