Made an online order went through the drive.was told to park and they never came out to give me my food.. My husband went in to check on it. And they said that they didn’t have the order. They had already given us a drink and told us to park. There was no reason for them to park us the order was sitting inside waiting. I’d like a refund but I think that might take forever also. It wasn’t just the fact that they messed up. But when my husband went in to check on the order. They were not even Sorry and act like it was his fault. And well of course you know the food’s cold.

Stopped here on a road trip. Ordered on the restaurant kiosk. Food was delivered quickly and it was hot so no complaints. First time I have ever had McDonald’s nuggets that were actually organized in the container.

Stopped on the way home from a trip. Waited 25 minutes for my food. Only 2 women working. Ridiculous! My nuggets were old and cold so they’re sitting in the warmer and really gross. Not fresh.

If you get hangry on the road, just drive to the next exit because this is not your place. We stopped to get food, and they didn’t give us 3 of our food items, plus we didn’t even feel the fries half way, and we had to wait in line forever just to get our order taken, but I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady was nice when we asked about our food and gave us “free refills”

They advertise in the restaurant that they have table service, but I guess not. I ordered on the app like I usually do, put in the table number like I usually do, but when they had my order ready, they had bagged it and called out my number. I get table service at all the other McDonald’s that I go to. If they don’t do table service here, they need to stop saying that they do.

They messed up my order. When I confronted the cashier about it, she corrected it for free. The cooks took 2 maybe 3 times as long as the first order of two meals, to cook one singular burger. That makes me wonder how much effort they put into the first order… Hey, at least my burger was good!
