This McDonald’s has one of the smallest parking lots I’ve been in! It’s always busy & the drive-thru is almost backed up to the highway half the day. Despite how busy they are, the staff are friendly & ready to assist at a moment’s notice. We went through the drive-through instead of curbside because all the spaces were full. It didn’t take us too long to get through though. Then, after we ordered & we’re pulling away from the speaker, some random lady mean-mugged me as she cut me off & went ahead of me. They had her pull up to window 3. I told my sister it would be funny if we got our food before her…we did so when we pulled out, I looked over with a smirk & waved toodaloo

I had a terrible experience at this particular McDonald’s today Wednesday January 14, 2026 around 3:20 pm. As I sat enjoying my meal, teens from the High School across the street came in. The three boys were at the first drink station talking loudly opening the very top of the ice machine for some reason. While doing this they were cursing, using the F word then started to use the “N word” at one another. The word that ignorant people use towards African Americans. For the record, everyone in the Restaurant including me was White. This was so uncomfortable, so demeaning towards people and they laughed. As I was leaving, I told the lady cashier that I couldn’t believe they were allowed to do this, curse and use the N word loudly, without anyone at the Restaurant asking them to leave. She looked at me and said “I know” and laughed. So I’m assuming she thinks it’s funny as well or just didn’t care. Either way I will never again give this McDonald’s my business or any of the other McDonald’s Restaurants that you own. There was a picture with your locations listed and I will avoid them from now on since I did take a picture of it.

I had I Big Mac first time I’ve had one in years. I didn’t order it. And I know why I haven’t had one for years. It was really horrible. It was so salty I almost gagged. McDonald’s used to have the best iced tea. I don’t know what the heck happened to that either. I already headed your French fries. I might as well just be potato sticks out of a can. That Big Mac was horrible. It might be me I don’t eat fast food often. This was really bad.

I would leave none of I could the service from what it used to be when chandlers owned it has gone straight to crap. Can’t call the number to complain about my egg McMuffin not having any meat because it goes to there fax line. Can’t complain about my hash brown they forgot either. The service used to be wonderful. But now is quickly declining. No one cares anymore about there jobs they just want a paycheck.

I normally order through the app, have the food delivered to my car, and things usually go smoothly. Today, they didn’t. Today the information in the app was incorrect; the deal was a medium fry and a medium soft drink with a $2 purchase. However, when I placed my order, which was well over $2, the fries didn’t show up. On top of that, when I arrived at my location in Madison, the app blanked and I couldn’t input my parking spot. So when I went inside to get my order and explained the issue, the store manager kindly replaced my sandwich AND included the fries. Thank you for showing grace and taking care of an unhappy customer!

Tea should not be cloudy! The machine is either dirty, sanitizer was left in the machine or it was mixed with old tea. This needs to be corrected. I do not drink soft drinks or other surgery drinks. I also tested the sweet tea for appearance and it was weak like water and still cloudy. This also needs to be corrected.
