Went thru drive-thru around 615am to pickup an online order. I didn’t know what time the lobby opened some at 6am others at 5am . Lady at drive thru was rude told me I’ll give you the order this time next time come in. The question is what matters how I got the order went in or drive thru. Management needs to hire better mannered employees. If she didn’t want her job go home.

This McDonald’s is a terrible place to go late at night. I truly believe they make up there on prices late at night. Food is cold and the service sucks rotten eggs. I wouldn’t be surprised if the over night crew has had complaints on them. One night I went there and ordered and they said a price that was crazy and I asked them what is the order and then I just drove off.

Absolutely horrendous service tonight. Visited at around 9:30 to pick up my mobile order through drive through. The lady on the speaker was extremely rude and claimed that my order was not placed for drive through and that I’d have to come inside. I explained to this person that my app SAYS pick up in drive through, it must be some sort of in-app issue on their end. I was extremely kind in my explanation, with nothing but rudeness in return.
I always order for the drive through and the app said drive through on my end, I just worked a 12 hour shift and wanted to pick up food quickly and go home.
Also told this person that my dog who was in the car with me had literally just come out of a surgical procedure and asked if we could just have our order through the drive through. She stated “no, you have to come in”. So I had to come in with my dog who was still groggy from being under anesthesia from his surgical procedure to pick up my food because it would be safe to leave him unattended in the car.
Just appalled by the behavior.

The night shift staff here is absolutely ridiculous! Except for the younger girl that was handing out orders around 8pm tonight! But it never fails my order is always wrong anytime I go here at night! Tonight I asked for mayo and extra onions to be added to our double cheeseburgers. We get them and there’s no cheese on them and nothing else but a pickle! Ive tried to call and speak to a manager but someone just keeps answering the phone and hanging up!

Terrible. I got fish. Cheese was in the box instead of on the fish. The bun had been microwaved. It was tough and chewy like beef jerky. I gave food 1 star because the fish was hot. Asked to speak to manager and she just stood there laughing and joking with other employees about power outage. When she seen I wasn’t going away she came up. I had to ask if she was the manager. I knew then to just forget it. I guess she doesn’t like repeat customers.

This McDonald’s used to have a great vibe, but then they “modernized” and ruined the whole environment. The food is McDonald’s so take that for what it’s worth. But always check your order, especially the drive thru. The workers are usually very nice and professional. One older lady is a delight to talk to on the first window.

I’m content in giving this location only 1 star. Which I generally reserve for something really ,really bad. But this was the 3rd and yes….final to me I’ll visit this location. McDs lost me long ago as a regular customer…its always a convenience thing when stopping for McDs. Below are some pics of the food recieved on thursday,December 20th. I think one can easily see the overall very poor quality of food. Buns are soggy, where white. As if they were laid onto a surface that may have been wet. The cheese starts to get that look within about 3hours of sitting at room temp.(I know this from working there as a teen.) And last, will someone please tell me that after 35years of chicken nuggets..that they started putting seasoning or black pepper underneath the breading? Attached are photos that need no caption….if I was working that kitchen as I did at age 15-16….the quality level would be a 5. Never,ever-ever, not-ever….at 15yo would I push such poor quality food out the door to a customer. Matter of fact, I wouldnt even serve that to an enemy. You just dont f☆☆☆ with someones food. The night manager her self cooked and assembled my food. My previous complaint also was under same manager. I let that one slide…but I spent 12bux on a coke. this time mcds….needs to know, that this location, thinks it is acceptable to serve food of such poor quality,

Wow! The nicest people! Had to tweak a happy meal for my kid and they were more than friendly. This is also one of those old school McDonalds that still has a fountain drink machine, not the modern sterile ones with no soul, and that’s an automatic win.

Dirty, time consuming and unfriendly…had to wait to get someone’s attention after using kiosk to get my drink cup. Defeats the purpose of using an app for fast service. Bathroom was disgusting. Definitely won’t be back.
