My experience with this McDonald’s is usually positive! I don’t get McDonald’s very often, maybe a couple times a year, but when I do I go to this McDonald’s since it’s the closest one to my house. The workers are very nice! I have never had a bad experience with anyone who works here. This is a busy McDonald’s so I don’t mind waiting. The food is always hot and my kids don’t complain! The only minimal complaint I have is they don’t always ask about the second side for the kids’ meals and if I don’t remember to ask, my kids end up with mooshy apple slices. My kids love apples, but the apple slices at McDonald’s are not fresh. They would rather enjoy themselves and have more fries. Otherwise this is a great place to get food if you’re too tired to cook for the night.

Went in ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a smoothie, didnt get the smoothie, couldnt get anyones attention to fix the issue, so i left figuring my food was getting cold. Get to my truck to eat the fries are room tempreture at best, as well as the quarter pounder. I under stand yall get busy but this wad by far the worst experience ive ever had with mcdonalds. I visit this McDonalds frequently as it is closest to my house, and the last several times I have been there, the service has been terrific. Over the years I noticed that service itself was declining but recently this year I have noticed the service becoming increasingly positive. Today I placed a mobile order and then headed to the McDonalds to retrieve it. I had accidentally selected dine in instead of drive-thru and realized I didn’t have the right code. I pulled around to a drive-thru waiting spot and Mariah came out and explained that my order had come up on the front counter but for some reason timed out. I received a pop-up stating my order was canceled and I was confused. Mariah came back out to my car before I left and told me she had found the receipt where I had paid and that she would make my order and bring it out to me. I was extremely grateful because I was on lunch break at work and needed to get back home. Mariah and David helped get my order prepared and made sure my ridiculous list of sauces were ALL included in my order. Nothing was forgotten and everything was made just as I ordered it and I was able to get back to work on-time. So thank you Mariah and David for going the extra mile and showing excellent customer service. We need more people like you both!

I heard the Manager, let’s make fries.
No one did.
But look at my order of fries.
Hard, left overs, burnt,
And what the Manager did, she gave me this mess.
Employees are paying attention to their Manager.
I will never stop there again.
The employee talked about their nite and just ignored customers.
The Manager was trying to do everything.
I should of gone to Circle k, at least the food there is Hot.

They mess up allot of orders. They are not apologetic and give of an air of disregard. I’ve tried calling to speak with management and Corporate. They make it impossible to speak with anyone. When you can’t speak with someone higher up, it tells me they are well aware of their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Normally I wouldn’t continue to give a place like this my business, but the next McD is 30 minutes away.

Waited at table for nearly 20 minutes food hadn’t arrived they left it in a to go bag cold at counter. I got a new order since food was cold had to stand at counter for food another 15 min and got a messed up sandwich. Terrible service bad food.
Clearly intentionally made sandwich wrong. Tartar is placed on its side mostly off the sandwich.

Went with my 3 kids and wife for breakfast on a Sundays morning let me just show you the difference between our hash brown. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog is has so much grease it looks like it had been in that fryer for 2 weeks and to server it to someone is just wrong and obviously intentional . . So much grease it ruined my blanket through the damn bags

WORST SERVICE!
If you want to eat inside, the dine-in service is terrible. They throw a bag with your food on the counter and just call your number. I didn’t see any employees wearing gloves. They were touching food and money at the same time. The staff is rude, and they don’t give you what you actually ordered.
