I got robbed and they never gave me my food. too any managers, go back and look at the tapes on 2/5/2026 at 3:30 am to 4-20am. I ordered food online and sat in the drive through while no one responded to me, and physically watched the menu roll over into breakfast in front of my eyes. I go inside after deciding to stop and find all 3 workers ignoring me. 1 nods at me and the other 2 look up from their phones and then ignore me for another 10 minutes. FINALLY someone comes up to me and trys to understand my situation, but ultimately tells me theres nothing they can do. I try to cancel me order and the app just crashes. None of the workers will give me my food. after about 40-50 minutes of being at this location I decide its not worth my time as I have to get to work soon. I don’t want my money back, I don’t want food. I will never come back to this Mcdonalds and I explore everyone to only ever pay the thieves with physical cash you can take back.0

Ate here and have got food poisoning twice now. Will never return. This restaurant is absolutely filthy. The floors are sticky. Staff is extremely slow. Only cares about doordash orders. Would not come back and highly recommend this place be shutdown. Food is cold. Slopped together. Taste old too. I highly doubt they clean the equipment. Seen several employees in the kitchen not wearing hairnets and not wearing gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

Black haired old lady on 3rd shouldn’t work around people. You can’t loudly talk about customers where they obviously hear you. I had an online order for the drive thru, waited 5 minutes for it. Did not hear a single “please wait” in those 5 minutes so I went in to see if they’re open. Oh boy did that set her off. Thank god for her co workers who serviced me while she complained loudly the entire time.

This place has really gone downhill! The food quality has dropped, and the wait times are ridiculous, all because they prioritize delivery orders over dine-in customers. It’s frustrating when you’re paying for a meal and get subpar service and food. Every time we eat there one of my family members gets sick from it. This place ALWAYS has terrible service. Its super slow and employees are never in a rush no matter how busy they are. The straw that broke the camels back came to me today when I was up charged for a sweet tea as the drink in my combo. I asked the woman taking money in the first window why id been charged for a drink with my combo that wasn’t a special drink (like coffee or frozen ones). She said I wasn’t up charged ( see picture ). I drove to the next window and looked at my receipt only to find I was indeed upcharged. I then brought it up to the guy handing me my food. He explained it to me like this ” sweet tea is now a specialty drink on the same level as coffee or our frozen options”. Uh what? Since when? “For months” he said. “The new people our our franchise made this decision” he added.
I won’t be back. Over .10 cents? Yes over .10 cents. Its essentially the franchisee saying screw my customers those people will pay no matter what we charge. Not me.

This location has improved but still needs a lot of work. About a year ago, I received a raw burger, and never did I ever think this would happen at a McDonald’s. They replaced it but weren’t sorry about it. Today, I visited right as breakfast started, so I did have to wait a little bit for my food, but it was all fresh and tasty. Pro tip: get the big breakfast instead of a combo meal. You have to assemble your own sandwich, but it’s more food for less money (if you get bacon, you get more strips than the sandwich) even if you add a medium drink. The girl in drive thru was polite, thorough, and pleasant. I’ll raise my stars if this continues.

There is no customer service. You put everything in the computer yourself. Ordered a sweet tea. On the order they have a tea with lemonade. Fries are cold. They don’t even clean the tables or sweep the floor. Had to wait for 3 or more staff to walk by before they asked anything.

The customer service is god awful considering every question you try to ask a worker is met with an “I dont know” or “whenever the boss decides” as if a manager is supposed to dictate the STORE HOURS!?!? The staff, not to mention are extremely unprofessional using profanity with every other word, loudly complaining about wanting to go home even tho they are standing around DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING while ppl are waiting to order food bc that’s apparently what the manager is dictating now. They blatantly ignored customers coming to the window like they didn’t exist, refusing to acknowledge them indefinitely. This is a very poor way to run a business. If it’s intended to attract and satisfy then believe me this is a big 0/10, dont waste your time. Unacceptable. (we’ve been here waiting for an hour.)

I am absolutely disgusted with the service of this restauraunt. The lady serving our food at the front counter was VERY rude. She ignored us when we found out we were missing an item, and the lady who did help us looked completely bothered by helping us. This is not the service with a smile I remember.

This is the worst McDonald’s on the planet the bald guy running night shifts in the blue shirt is very rude and nasty Do not go here I fear for your safety. I ordered a large hot mocha for my wife they gave me a cold one so I ask if he would replace it with the correct item and he called me a liar I showed him the receipt he said the machine was turned off so I asked for a refund he said that he can’t do a refund that I would have to return in the morning for a refund then he got hostile and I left i called in the morning and they have their phone turned off I won’t return to any McDonald’s until he is fired if you want to leave a review go to maps and contribute cause google doesn’t have reviews in search anymore or McDonald’s has it turned off I review alot I’m in the top 10% of food reviews please guys don’t go here this place is a ticking time bomb of violence and it’s only matter of time before one of these employees hurts someone if you go be safe use drive through and don’t engage if something is made wrong there another McDonald’s a mile or two down the road this one isn’t safe! This was a manager. I door dash as well and won’t dash to anymore McDonald’s either and that’s going hurt my rating and I’ll make less money but it is not worth my life McDonald’s has a serious issue at this location. I am begging corporate to look into this franchise they are going to get McDonald’s in a real bad pickle.
