I ordered drive thru got home order wrong. Called mgr said they would remake order. I asked if they wanted food back she said no. Returned in minutes for right order. A different manager said since I didn’t bring food back they don’t know if I was trying to get free food after eating what I got. I was shocked. I told her the manager on phone said I didn’t have to return food. She ignored my statement rather than getting that manager and asking her. Being an honest person I wouldn’t try to get free food. I only went there because I was gifted with a gift card. She thought it was funny. I was insulted. I paid extra before I left because there was no cheese on my burgers in my original order. I didn’t ask for more fries that was the only part of order that was right. But they tasted like fish. We threw them away too. This is a horrible way to treat an honest senior citizen or anyone else. Not returning. This company needs to address this manager’s behavior. I threw the food and my other gift card in the trash

I ordered two Happy Meals from the Veterans Parkway McDonald’s and chose curbside pickup. After waiting about 20 minutes with no update, I went inside only to find that the food had been sitting there the whole time and no one had brought it out. By then, everything was cold. When I asked for a refund, the staff told me to handle it through the app instead of offering to fix the situation directly. Really disappointing service and poor communication — especially for a simple curbside order.

I went to get a lager fry 10-piece chicken nugget with ranch but instead I got someone named Summer’s order and I didn’t even use the mobile app and they got a medium fry and a cheeseburger. The entire order was wrong and this is definitely not the first time it has happened at this location.

This specific location Veterans Parkway Jeffersonville Indiana is the worst. I order a coffee in the morning and a pie. They gave me the pie and told me to wait in the next window. I spend 36 minutes (I had a broken leg) that is why I ordered in the drive thru and I went inside the restaurant and I ask for the coffee and they replied “what coffee?” I showed them my receipt and they said sorry here is your coffee. The most slowest drive thru that McDonald’s might have.

Half way through my burger tasted wrong and felt weird look down and it’s raw in the middle. McDonald’s on Veterans Pkwy not to mention last time they didn’t even give me my sandwich. Called them and they didn’t seem to care at all.

Order in advance pickup order. I’m traveling out of state. Got the food. Went back to the hotel and found none of my requests for options was filled. No salt, pickles, no napkins, fries, undercooked and then to top it off. Off, no receipt attached to the bag. It would be nice if employees did their job.

Don’t come to this location. It’s one of those new remodels where it shows how much they hate customers. Once you’re in the lobby they make it clear that they don’t want you there. You can’t see the staff, there are not condiments or refills available, nothing. They just want you to leave. Don’t come to this location.

Very rarely do you ever get your food from the window. It’s usually from the packed curbside pick up parking area. You wait alongside 6 other cars while watching YouTube videos. I always forget to check the location on my app before I order.

We stopped here with 2 charter buses full of youth headed to a conference. The owner Emily and her team had our food to us in RECORD TIME. Everyone on staff was incredibly accommodating and the food came out hot and fresh and perfectly to order! We would absolutely stop here again. A great experience all around!!
