I used to rave about this location, but it’s been awful here lately. Foods cold and you pay to get a large fry and theres barely any fries in it. Then they’re either soggy or dark brown (refried) and sooooo greasy. I’m mad that I wasted my money to pay for the larger size. Just sad because this location used to be the only one I visited. Not anymore.

Not sure who had such an issue that they slapped my double cheeseburger, no bun (that they took over 10 minutes to make, by the way) condiment side down in the container, but that was pretty frickin’ rude.

We placed our order inside, but had to wait for almost half an hour just to get our food — and we were really hungry! The drive-thru line was backed up, and everyone looked confused about what was going on. On top of that, my iced coffee tasted like just water and milk — no coffee at all. When I mentioned it, they made me wait another 5 minutes because they had to brew fresh coffee. Maybe someone was just being lazy and didn’t do their job earlier. When I tried to explain it to the cashier, an older lady said she didn’t know what I was talking about. It really felt like no one was managing the situation properly. Definitely not the fast or quality service you expect from McDonald’s. Hope they improve their speed, training, and coordination soon.

Asked for a pup-cup, even offered to pay for it. Was told “we don’t do pup cups” and refused to serve me despite saying “ice cream in a cup” instead. Isn’t the works fault, it’s the manager of the location caring about little things that don’t play a factor in performance, only customer satisfaction. If you want a pup-cup and have a fur-baby in the car, your better off driving an extra 5 minutes out to the one in Georgetown or going to Dairy Queen.

Just moved from Louisville. This is the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been too. There are locations in Louisville that serve 5 times the people that get us through the drive thru in half the time or less. The employees seem to not know what they are doing. A good manager could fix this place.

Service is absolutely terrible. Only been here like 3 times in past few months because service is terrible but out of those 3 times, ive sit in drive thru for 25min or more every time. Tonight was 30min. 2 of those 3 visits my order was messed up. Just terrible service. Prices keep going up, quality, quanity, and service keep going down. Unfortunately for my daughter we won’t be going back.

My wife called here and asked a simple question, and the guy on the phone cussed her out. I will be calling corporate as well as going to the store in the morning to speak to the general manager. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I used to run Taco Bell in Clarksville as the general manager at 19 years old. I would’ve fired that employee on the spot. Hopefully, somebody in corporate will look into this disgusting behavior.

My chicken sandwich was hours old dining room tables were dirty floors are dirty. Management had an attitude when I asked for a fresh chicken sandwich. I get busy and everything but product should never be dry and hard.
