I deleted one poor review to add this one, on a new trip, to give this location a second chance as we had just moved here. I’m sorry to leave this review as the people that I dealt with at the window in the drive thru were very very courteous and super friendly. However, on this day we had a laundry list of issues. After waiting close to 20 mins in the drive thru, having spent, between us, almost $70. We finally received our food. We did place a fairly large order as we 2 entire families (4 adults and 1 teenage boy and 2 children) meeting at the house after church activities finished for the day. But the problems compounded by the moment. We all made it to the house only to then realize we were missing a double QPC, 2 Fries and a 10 pc chicken nugget box. What food we did receive was so cold and so unappetizing it was, in fact, inedible. It’s like our food was bagged and set on the counter for the entire wait, while something was completed. In the picture I posted, you can see the burger was so cold, the cheese didn’t even begin to melt. That’s just gross. We ended up going to Jay C for a few 8pc chicken packages and sides. So on top of the $70 we all spent at Mc Ds we got the pleasure of paying another $50 for a dinner we could actually eat. I had to reach out to corporate with this and am still awaiting a response. We tried to be good community members and give this place another chance, to redeem the first visit. We known places like this are vital to a local economy in giving people jobs and putting money back into the area, but this kind of thing, just flat out, isn’t ok. I’m not sure how to trust going to them again.

This is why I don’t eat from McDonalds. It’s not cooked. Just close your doors and do us all a favor. This McDonalds has to be one of the worst in the US. I have tried it twice and both times it failed miserably. At least the egg isn’t green now so that’s a step up I guess.

This is legit the first ever negative review I’ve ever left of a place, but I’m so angry.
If you order on the app and pick up either at the counter or drive through, the food and experience is fine. If you order on the kiosk inside and have any minor issues whatsoever, the blonde manager up front (I do not know her name) is super rude even when you approach her in a polite way. I’d waited over 30 minutes for my order because they were busy (and I work fast food so I get it), but when people who came in after me stated to get theirs, I figured there may have been a mix-up. I went up to the counter to try and explain, and I was cut off mid sentence by her: “Can’t you see I have twenty orders back here that I’m working on? I’ll get to yours when I get to it, you’re not special.”
She didn’t even let me explain. I just walked out. Enjoy that $25 order because I won’t be back.

It’s McDonald’s most are the same. But when the new owner took over made it like a jail. Now you must wait for your drinks only one refill. Employees afraid to look at you, because you may ask them for something. Gone way down since new owner taking over. They usually don’t last long hopefully corporate takes back control of the franchise.

SLOWEST McDonald’s I have ever been to! Both drive through lanes were three cars deep so I decided to go in (breakfast/8am). Of course there is no one to take your order, you have to use the stupid kiosk. I ordered two hashbrowns…that’s it, nothing else. I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting on two hashbrowns. Two other people waiting as well. One guy was there because his order was wrong, and he also stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone, ANYONE to come to the counter. By the time I left the building, the entire drive-thru lane was empty. I guess the lobby patron’s aren’t as important.

This is one of those hostile McDonald’s. You don’t get to fill your own drink. Only kiosks for ordering. My food lacked any seasoning. No salt on the fries, or the burger meat. The funny part is they have signs up about not tolerating verbal abuse… Well there wouldn’t be anything to be mad about if you guys actually cared at all about your job. If they’re skipping basics, I question their compliance with health code.

Dear McDonald’s cup-lid engineering team… we need to talk.
I don’t know what pact these lids made with the forces of chaos, but every time I take a sip, I’m one millimeter away from wearing my drink like a fashion accessory. These lids don’t “seal”—they hover in the general vicinity of the cup, held on by hope, dreams, and maybe a single molecule of plastic tension. One wrong move and I’m starring in a live reenactment of the Great Beverage Flood of 2025.
McDonald’s, I love you deeply. I will continue to consume your fries like they’re oxygen.
But please… for the sake of my clothes, my car seats, and my dignity…

This review is based on my experience at other McDonald’s locations. They consistently make accurate orders and make the food to a good quality. I would say 4/5 on the food because you do occasionally get one of those burgers that stacked all wacky and messy. As for service the drive through is very slow, it often feel like you are being service via a call center that it waiting few minutes before take the next order. Also the drive through monitors are constantly broken for what feels like 6 months without being repaired.
Update: 3 months later and screens are still broken.

Pretty busy place. They say my food up and didn’t call my number. I waited forever,then I moved around to where I could see where they put it. So my frope’ was melting when I got it and my fries were cold. But I love a fish sandwich from McDonald’s so I gave them a Five ⭐

Every time I go into McDonald’s the dine in is packed with people waiting to order there food the workers are not worried about getting your orders they are only worried about drive thru they are so rude with customers! Unprofessional I would not recommend to go there and eat not worth it
