This was my worst experience in the food industry. It took over 30 minutes to get my food, which was cold by the time I received it. No one was at the front desk to assist customers, and employees were unprofessional and downright rude. When I finally got my order, items were missing. There were several other customers also waiting, including a woman who had been there for over 30 minutes just for two coffees and a sandwich. If you want a good McDonald’s experience, go to the one in Warren, Indiana—it’s only about 15 minutes north and worth the drive.

This place workers are lazy. Take too much time to prepare a sandwich. This is unacceptable. Because once I work for McDonald’s as a manager in Toronto. What I saw there is no floor plan to get thru the busy time. It’s a disaster specialy to truck drivers.

This place was not friendly at all ! Someone needed help at the kiosk and the worker walked away and pretended not to hear him at all. So my husband helped the guy. If you want to make good money working then do your job amd help when asked. No respect at this Mc Donald’s.

Monday, 4pm. It was dirty inside and flies were everywhere but food was hot and fresh. I guess they were busy on drive thru and didn’t have time to clean the tables.

If I could give them no stars, I would have, but I guess I have to select a star. I was on my way from work and I stopped at this location and the worker at the drive-through that was taking the order was very rude. I asked for fresh fries and she literally took her hand after taking my money put her hands their hands on my fries and said oh they just came up. They’re hot handed me the bag and slammed the window in my face. She had a burgundy shirt on that button-down and had tattoos on her arm and short dark hair. I thought she was a manager, so I did not expect that kind of treatment from somebody that possibly was a manager, but I never was able to get her name because she never opened the window again. This by far was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and I will never come back to this location due to their employee, being very nasty and very rude, and the audacity to put your dirty nasty hands after collecting money on my fries and then hand them to me to say that they’re fresh. And in the end, the fries were not fresh and they were cold.

Manager was very rude. We had ordered our food paid for 2 drinks my daughter ask for a water cup as we were traveling and was told very rudely on get water as the owner will prosecute. Would cost more to go to court than the drink was worth. Very Very slow at getting food but was fresh. Order was wrong but we were already on the road headed home.
