On mother’s Day at 6:45 pm.Their kiosk doesn’t give your receipt back. Also, there app doesn’t give you the option to choose extra fries for your kids happy meals anymore. If you try to show them. They get mad refuse your service. I told them give me corporate number that’s when they gave me kids extra fries. They forgot their sauce like always. They made my frappe and it was so runny. They just told me to go. I ask for it to be remade they refused too. This McDonald’s is horrible

If you use their kiosk and don’t get your receipt you’re at risk of not getting your order. I almost had to turn them in to The Better Business Bureau on 5/2/2025 in the morning because I was told my order didn’t go through on the kiosk despite the money being pulled from my bank account. They would’ve ripped me off if the receipt hadn’t been hanging out of the kiosk. Fortunately it wasn’t blank like they are sometimes.

Food is the same as any MCdonalds and my kids / Nephews and Nieces ( 12 kids in total 4 adults ) like the food as usual. However the best part was even tho the order was HUGE the staff members were respectful and very helpful. Definitely didn’t expect it. Thank you

Holy cow! My expectations are pretty low for fast food restaurants but this place takes the cake. Rude employees even ruder manager who refused to provide her name. Crazy wait times in drive-thru, terrible service. Drive to another location or better yet a different brand altogether.
