Whoever was working the grill on February 17th at 5:30 needs to do some serious soul searching. Clearly you hate your job and can’t comprehend what a quarter pounder is supposed to look like, here’s a hint, not this. Burnt to a crisp, wafer thin, disgusting. Horrible. Get new people. This is all I had to eat after a 12 hour shift. Will never be back and don’t recommend anyone ever coming here.

I ordered on the kiosk using the free monopoly pieces and my food was ready after just a couple minutes. The lobby was clean and employee was friendly when I was handed my food. Bathroom was clean too. Overall a 5 McDonald’s experience.

My review is of this McDonald’s first of all. With that, just know this is McDonald’s and the bar is pretty low. I have been to this McDonald’s 100+ times because it is close to my house. Great looking from the outside and fairly newer renovation I believe. I almost always go around dinner so I can’t speak for the morning but I would say 9/10 times I go the lobby/dining area is trashed. The drink station is almost always sticky with pop residue and it seems they only wipe it down at the end of day. There is never any napkins so I couldn’t even clean it myself or nobody can clean up after themselves. For fast food now the service is okay but I have heard the managers yell at the other workers frequently. My main complaint is that nothing ever seems to be made to order. I have probably ordered 100+ mcchickens from there and have not once gotten a freshly made one. I think they staff does a good job (for what they’re paid) but if I had to assume and from my little experience, the management needs to change or at least more training. The poor kid or young man did not deserve to be ridiculed when he was trying his best. This experience wasn’t today but it has happened in past visits.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this visit honestly deserved one. I ordered a Quarter Pounder and it was one of the worst fast-food meals I’ve had in a while. The burger was barely warm, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the patty tasted old like it had been sitting out forever. The bun was squished flat, and the whole thing looked like it was thrown together in two seconds. For the price, it definitely wasn’t worth it.
What made it worse was the staff. They were rude from the moment I walked in — no greeting, eye-rolling when I asked a simple question, and they acted like I was annoying them just by ordering. When I politely asked if my food could be remade because it was cold, the employee literally sighed and gave me attitude instead of helping.
Overall, terrible service and terrible food. Definitely not the McDonald’s experience you’d expect, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Giving a shout out to this great McDonald’s. My 8 year old said “hey mommy! They got my order right!” and I said wow, me too! All of our orders were correct and I can honestly say that’s the first time in like 5 years I can remember any fast food restaurant getting my order correct.
The food was also really high quality. Usually when I get a burger from McDonald’s, the bun and whole sandwich is all smushed and the contents spilling out. This bun was plump and perfectly formed (it almost looked brioche?!). I haven’t been to this McDonald’s before, so I can say from this experience alone, this has been the best one I’ve ever had!

Our experience was good. We ordered 3 big breakfast without the hotcakes. Scrambles eggs, one biscuit, one sausage patty and one hash browns patty. Coffee was great too! Not crowded at 10am. Food was warm.

Waited 15 minutes and nobody took my order in drive through but the other line was moving. Thought they might have had an issue with the drive through equipment. Tried pulling up to window to speak with somebody as for a little bit I was the only one in line. Nobody came. I made eye contact with multiple people and still nobody came. Then the 2nd window employee pops her head out and just looks at me. I drive up to speak with her. She asks my order and I tell her that I didn’t even get to give my mobile order code yet and she immediately cuts me off and tells me that she can’t help me because I am out of line and that she just took everyone’s order. I waited 20 minutes for somebody to be rude to me and not get the breakfast I paid for. I would love to hear from management on this. I was not the only person in line who ended up leaving either. The car in front of me waited so long they just left.

This location is pretty good and got my order right through the drive thru but when I ordered online I didn’t get my drink one time and a second time the guy forgot my dessert. So annoying . Not my favorite location but is okay.

If you want to wait 40 minutes for the soggiest nastiest hash brown I’ve ever had partnered with the worst customer service and wait time, this is definitely your location. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s this year. Definitely won’t be returning and definitely would not recommend anybody going to this establishment. It was filthy. I waited a long time. The people were rude and they had nothing but people coming in complaining about their service and about how they would not return. Bish be gone!
