A McDonald’s playplace! Seems to be a hard thing to come by anymore. The restaurant was clean and tidy on my visit, however my burger had everything on it even though the tag stated only cheese and ketchup. Womp womp. And I had to ask about my shake after 10 minutes and the worker had it just sitting at the shake machine the whole time womp womp part 2. Not the best McDonald’s experience.

Slooow service tonight, forgot a sandwich, stale fries (worst ever) and they gave us small sizes for the medium we paid saying they were sorry, but they were out of food at 7:30 pm tonight. If they’d have given me a receipt, I would’ve called to complain.

Ordered a burger with no onions and got extra onions all over the inside and outside of the burger. Very upsetting as all I wanted was a good quick meal after a very long day at work. To top it off I didn’t even get a greet or goodbye at the window, they just gave me my wrong food with no interaction.

This is one of the few remaining old school McDonald’s from a time before the chain decided to make themselves a much less friendly place to gather. They even still have a place for children to play. It reminds me of the days I used to consider it a place to enjoy being in, meeting friends and neighbors. I just wish it was closer to my house, as the one near me has gone to the new design, which screames, “stay in your car”. If you liked the community gathering place model, go support this one before it too disappears.

I have bragged about the freshness of this location for ever to my boyfriend finally get him to try it…. food was waaaayyyy to salty on top of I asked for extra onions I guess they decide to put the whole bucket of onions on my food. Just disgusting

I placed a curbside order and waited at the spot. It took a long time before the order was heading out to the slot, but it never came. We had to go in to pick it up. Why offer the service if you aren’t going to complete the order in a timely manner like the other places around you. I’d take the extra few minutes and drive to a different location.

Absolutely ridiculous wait. We waited for25 minutes for 2 sausage burritos and supposedly fresh hash browns. One of them was cold. They need to do better.

Absolutely despise McDonald’s this review may be biased. The food is actually quite decent but my God I can’t remember a time in the last 3 years I haven’t sat in the drive through for at least 5 minutes. The last time was Sunday evening, got there around 7pm. They were definitely open. I was the only person in the drive through and sat there for 3 minutes, nobody said a word. Finally just decided to go inside and made eye contact with an employee. They never acknowledged me. Ended up saying Hello?? And was then told that they would help me in a minute. Again also the only customer in the store… I mean come on…

I’ve reviewed McDonald’s before but let just put out there a PSA.
If you want napkins please just ask for them. I don’t think they give napkins anymore because they never put them in our sack if we use drive thru.
The service at this particular MDs was less than stellar but a teeny, tiny, little bit nicer. (At least our fries weren’t just thrown in the sack and we did get one person to smile at us.
Plus: easy parking

The absolute slowest McDonald’s in the city of Fort Wayne. I sat in the drive through for 10 mins (again) today. Once again I drove off after 10 mins and not 1 customer had been helped.
I honestly do not know why this place is still in business. They have officially lost my business for life. I’ll get my coffee at Starbucks from now on. At least they try to offer fast service.
