Where do you find these people? Every time I get food it’s like I have to sit in the drive-thru and pull apart my burger to make sure they put some ingredient on there. And you guys are asking for $15 minimum wage? smdh this is why AI will replace you.

update 2: 10-19-25 waited 20 minutes to get two burgers missing all of the ingredients. as I was waiting another person pulled up angrily, probably because their food was wrong.
update 3: dec 31st 2025. received one single plain burger. I ordered two double cheeseburgers. you guys really just don’t care huh?

Food is fine. The problem is they wont change their prices on the app and then when you ask for sauce they don’t give you it. The mccrispy sauce costs money on the app at this location but ranch does not. I ordered 8 creamy chili sauces that come with the nuggets i receive. I then ordered 4 extra ranch packs. They only gave me 4 ranch and 4 creamy chili. I’m sick of whoever is managing this trashy location. They wont change the price on the app, they’d rather just short you on the sauce you order even though it’s literally on the receipt and therefore being checked for stock. The manager loses nothing when they give me the sauce that I order, so why short me on the sauce im supposed to get for the meal in general. What a sorry excuse for a manager, can’t even comprehend how to work the app and change the prices so they can quit shorting their customers. Garbage store, Garbage management, probably can’t work a phone application. Who hires these people?

I go there often — the food is good, and the service is good. I enjoy grabbing a Diet Coke and maybe a sandwich and reading a little there. I never have a problem there. Had my first problem the other day with the app, and Michele was a huge help.

Unprofessional crew, refused to prepare my order because their computer system switched from am to pm while I was sitting at the order screen for 5+ minutes without being spoken to.
They refused to prepare my order, they refused to refund or provide proof of refund. The order still shows as processing in their system so I can’t even go through their support to get a refund.
They are always unprofessional and rude at this location, always long waits, they frequently ignore extra items that are added in the app in your order, or they try to charge you more at the window after you’ve already paid in the app.
This franchise is a direct reflection of whoever owns it, and they consistently fail to hire competent help, or improve their product. Go to any other location if you have to eat McDonald’s.

Not the first time I have an issue here. Management sucks can’t call an older women old (manger). I paid for extra tartar sauce didn’t receive even though they said I had to wait 3 minutes for the fish (in 3 minutes of time u can’t put side of tartar in bag). Glad I got fresh fish, sucks I paid for a side of tartar and didn’t receive.

I did a mobile app order, waited in line for 30 minutes then was served a raw chicken sandwich. The manager told me that they come pre cooked but this thing has never been cooked. He also said he couldn’t do anything for me. I really don’t want anything from them but I want ever to know how terrible this location is. I’ve never had a good experience there. It’s always something.

Firstly they got an attitude with me cuz I asked them to make my double quarter pounder fresh secondly I think it’s still mooing how do you undercook a quarter pounder when all you got to do is press a button The freaking stove cooks it for you and times it You change it from quarter pounder to regular meat it’s not hard to cook a burger at McDonald’s All you got to do is press a button I repeat button but listen guys this is a whole new meaning to can you make my food fresh this thing came out still mooing

I order on line for curbside pickup. My order didn’t have any straws for my drink. Im disabled otherwise I would have went into the store and grabbed a couple straws. But I called on the first time. Manager said she would have somebody out with straws and there was no apologies. 10 minutes later I call back . This time the manager was rude said she would send somebody out as soon as she could and if I wanted to come in and get the straws I could. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me
