Although this location was respectably clean, the staff here wasn’t as friendly as I’d hoped. So I came in initially to spend some of my rewards points on a large Carmel frappe which cost 4500 reward points and upon receiving my order I was presented with a small Carmel frappe and of course I spoke up and showed them my McDonald’s app and the order I subitted along with the receipt. And they reply with the fact that even though I selected the free large frappe as my choice for the 4500 points that it’s actually a small that they give me for my rewards? Now I’m confused because it says right on the app that it’s a large frappe and in the receipt it also says large frappe large, but right underneath were it says large frappe it says ( s Carmel frappe). Hmm? I don’t think this is right so I show the receipt to the girl who made the frappe and she says she will make me a large one but the boss told her I only am supposed to get the small. I think this is completely ridiculous so I bring this issue to the manager and he argues with me and proceeded to tell me that again the reward is for a small frappe. Someone needs to address this because it’s not ok in my book. And I don’t like the way I was treated like I was asking for something that in my eyes was supposed to be mine to begin with. They did give me the large but not without attitude and an unprofessional treatment. Like I was trying to screw them over. Please fix this issue otherwise I will not be contributing any of my hard earned money to this establishment any more. The double fish sandwich and strawberry pies that I did pay for were delicious as always. Thank you

Pulled into the parking lot at 11:02pm they close at 12am. One employee was in the parking lot smoking marijuana as i pulled up to the drive through. Nobody acknowledged i was there and i waited at least 5 minutes before i was asked if i had a mobile/ doordash order. Staff was very rude, i requested EXTRA onions and i received a whopping FIVE specks of onions. This location honestly needs closed its going more and more downhill with the workers starting to not only do marijuana in the clear public but hard core drugs as well, then they can’t even simply make a cheeseburger right. Great job McDonald’s! ya get what you pay for i guess, and they wonder why they only get paid $9-13 an hr.

I changed my mobile order from pick up in drive thru to pick up inside. The busy woman was friendly and found my order immediately. She commented that the code provided tells her where it was located. This location always serves fresh meat, salted but never over cooked, the buns are #1 of every city/state I’ve ever tried McDonald’s in, and they are consistent with toasting it. I haven’t been to this location in years because of the constant problems but it’s so close to the house we decided to go because my son got a free coupon from school. Turns out, they’re privately owned so they don’t participate in that coupon but Faison made a point to make our experience fantastic anyway. He was engaging, kind and overall incredible. The store was clean and the food was fresh but Faison made the trip worth while.

Horrifically slow, 3 door dashers went through for one order. As i type this, it’s 8:50 PM. My order not only got stolen, but it’s taken over an hour just for some FRIED AND A MEDIUM DRINK.

do NOT order from here. someone stole my order, so that tells me they don’t verify details. then they claimed it wasn’t in their system. i went thru 3 poor dashers JUST for some fried and a drink.

i understand needing to make the fries, but taking 1½ hours ?? not only that, they were STALE and tasted COLD. the portions were like a little over HALF the fry holder.

i would NOT order here again. actually ridiculous with how incompetent everyone is there. get better management, dude.

Doing a DoorDash order, waited 15 mins for a 2 cheeseburger meal and didn’t even get it because it still wasn’t done! Workers are having friends coming in and out playing around flirting with each other while she’s on shift or you got some just standing around talking to each other. Frustrating to say the least.

Gross!!! I waited over forty minutes for a fish sandwich. I should have left but I had already paid for it and didn’t realize I’d waited THAT long. There was almost no customer’s there! And they had tons of people in the back! I’m confused as to what the delay was. I now understand why people keep leaving reviews stating this particular McDonald’s made them SICK. After 30 minutes at room temperature food grows bacteria that could really hurt a person. I threw the fish away. Couldn’t bring myself to eat it and it was cold and hard (some how?!) GROSS. This one should be shut down before they make someone very, very sick.

Whoever is working this evening absolutely did not give two craps about having a job. Hanging out and having a good time with friends while they were ordering. And then sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes because she continued the conversation at the pay window with her buddies. Horrible service. I will drive the extra mile to S Anthony.

You need to change the angle of the card reader on the self checkout displays with a spacer because it’s completely impossible to use swipe a card, which you need to do for arch cards. This is an embarrassing and stupid problem not being able to complete your order.
