Worse experience ever today the cashier lady got my order wrong thru drive thru ask her my order was wrong ask her nicely if she can fix her mistake. So she told what do you want me to do? I told her fix it. She said no I’m tired and move on because I’m busy. An like always missing juice for my daughter happy meal. They are always in a rush making orders with missing items.

20 minutes….for fast food. 7 minutes after I went in to ask where my food was and they had to remake. I stopped going here years ago and only go if my kids want. They’ll have to pick somewhere else now. Its always something. It continues to disappoint.

I paid 12.58 for my breakfast, 2.18 of that was for 2 extra cups of extra breakfast sauce, which I did not receive. I only received 1 cup of extra sauce.
When I placed my order in the drive thru, I was asked to pull forward which I did. When the person finally brought me my food, they walk away without allowing me to check it for accuracy. It was wrong. So I shut my car off and had to go inside.
The outside door had no handle on it. The next door had a handle that was falling off. When I got to the register at the counter, the woman who brought me my order yelled at me from across the room. I told her my order was wrong. She began to argue with me, still yelling from across the room as to why she was right. I stood there and waited for someone, anyone to help me. The someone from the kitchen stood next to her, and also started yelling at me from across the room as to why they are right.
I again said I paid 2 dollars for 2 extra cups of sauce and that is what I want. Again she yelled at me from across the room as to why she was right and why I was wrong.
I again said I paid 2 dollars for 2 extra cups of sauce and I will not be back. I left.
I got home, by now, my food was cold, the bagel was hard, and the sandwich was dry. I used all the sauce, and couldn’t finish the sandwich because it was dry, even though I tried to use the extra sauce sparingly, as I didn’t have enough, again because I got only 1 cup not 2 cups of extra sauce.

Just Me
I haven’t eaten at this McDonald’s in a long time because of the quality in the past. I thought I would give it another try just to be fair. I was completely disappointed. I went through the drive thru and paid for a sweet and sour sauce with my order. They didn’t give me one. No big deal went in and got one. The food though! I don’t know how it could have been any worse!! The uncooked fries to the sloppy cold sandwich looked like someone put it in the box and then shook it up. The cheese wasn’t even slightly melted. I hate having to give this kind of review, which I hardly ever do. This was so bad that it warranted taking my time to do so.

Literally McDonalds has become the worst place to get food. Service is bad no matter which location. Most of all these places are far from clean. I already considered McDonalds emergency only food(if nothing else is available). Every visit solidifies this.

Staff seemed friendly, but hyper. Kinda loud too. I could hear them perfectly from my seat. Then I order Glazed tenders and this is what I get?? Just threw some sauce on some tenders. I know its fast food, but I highly doubt its ment to be like this. Then on my burger I had to go fix my toppings because all the tomatoes were on one side and all the pickles on the other. Only gave it 2 stars because one employee really was making the inside clean. . . . Now if the cooks could have as much passion as her

On the WEEKENDS don’t bother with this Lagrange Indiana McDonalds. Waited 35 minutes to get my order with only 6 cars in front of me. Got home and my Big Mac was missing a hamburger patty and had NO Big Mac Sauce on it. This is not a unique experience on the weekends. It is like this EVERY weekend. Long wait and orders cold and incorrect. I know drive past McDonalds and go to Subway down the street on Weekends.

Got a raw burger a few months ago. Called in and told them that I was on the way to a meeting and couldn’t bring it back to show them. They tried to tell me it was probably cooked fine just a little pink because they use a thermometer to check for doneness. They did take my name and offer me a free burger, but why would I want to come back after that.
