I have been to this McDonalds location a couple times on my way back home from my mini trips to Warsaw. I went through the drive thru and got some ice cream ✨️. Food just like any other McDonalds❤️ , the service was excellent, nice, and professional when I went and everytime I went here to the drive thru. Atmosphere just like any other McDonalds except the location is different and in Columbia City❤️. Excellent service ✨️ especially through the drive thru. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place has really gone down hill. The drive through takes way too long, especially the late shift. Food is typically cold. Large fries are barely a medium fry. Someone really needs to step up on running this place. If inflation is going to keep causing food prices to to go up then the quality of the food and service needs to be up as well and it clearly isn’t following.

Incompetent counter employees, 30+ minute wait time on an order placed ahead. Met with utter confusion and told “I don’t know” when asked why it took 20+ minutes after the “your order is being prepared prompt” to actually do it. For the price they charge, Richards up the road would get you your food faster for the same price. Should be embarassed. This is not what was paid for, and the service was essentially non-existant. If management even exists, they need to bring in corporate to straighten this mess of an operation up.

Absolutely rude employees only gave us 8 nuggets in our 10pc and tried to start problems over my sister and I arguing. Definitely looked like they been doing drugs so im not really surprised. Do better were columbia city.

Staff is always friendly and the drive through is very fast. I have not had as much luck going to the counter or doing curbside pickup. Best route is to use drive through.

Careful ordering here they will try to ring it up so it charges u the most they can. Made my 6 dollar mcdouble meal deal a 8.54. An said that u can’t do a tea with a meal deal only soda. When onto the app to do a mobile order. You can definitely get a tea with it. An they ring it up one item at a time instead of the deal that is advertised. Do yourselves a favor an go next door to subway or pizza hut. Won’t get ripped off.
