Orders are prepared extremely haphazardly. Most of the vegetables are not on the sandwich, and the condiments are usually grouped to one side. This happens every single time I’m there during the afternoon or evening shifts.

Nothing has changed, probably has gotten worse. Even new sandwiches that we wanted to try (the Special Edition Gold McCrispy) were not made correctly, in this case missing bacon. Our double cheeseburgers were missing onions, our daily doubles were falling apart messy as soon as we opened the wrappers. This was after we gave a mobile code to the drive through operator when he asked for it, and then he didn’t input it and told me he never heard one. We then sat at the pickup window for just over three minutes without any acknowledgement before someone came to tell us we needed to move to one of the extra drive through spots in the parking lot. I asked why they waited three minutes to move us, and she just shrugged and said she didn’t know. Really terrible place, particularly in the evening. After a 12 hour day in the sun, a guy can’t get a quick bite that looks appealing or includes all the items he paid for. If there was any other comparable place in Berne, I’d never go through this McDonald’s again.

The night time staff is a joke. They’re always on their phones always standing around and talking. They will look you dead in the eyes while you’re standing at the counter and ignore you. They have one girl who does everything. Management do better and take action for your employees lack of respect for their customers! I’ve stood at the counter for a solid 15 minutes until I spoke up and said something when half of the staff looked at me and walked right past me. What a joke. Morning staff is phenomenal!

Very disappointing experience.
The place smelled bad and was dirty. The food tasted bitter and the drinks had a strong chlorine flavor — like the syrup was mixed with tap water. My large fries were only half full, and even those tasted awful.
We ordered from the Monopoly menu, but the drinks came without the game stickers.
Sadly, this McDonald’s was a big letdown.

I have never seen such a slow moving drive thru with so little cars in all my life. Who ever was the supervisor and/or employees on staff should be fired. Nearly 20 mins in a line of 6 cars is inexcusable.

I’ve never really had an issue with the food but the service is really subpar. Whenever I’ve been here they have not had anyone at the counter, which wouldn’t really be an issue except that they will ignore you for extended periods of time even when they notice you waiting at the counter. Super annoying and disappointing.

If you order something be prepared to check it for being wrong. Solid chance something is screwed up, even the simple things like filling fries to the right level.

I’m not sure this place has ever given me my correct order. I even used the mobile app to order. Waited 10 minutes and I’m still parked for an additional 10 minutes only to receive the wrong order. This place is lucky it is one of very few options in this town. You have got a 10% chance of your order being correct and the food being Mcdonald’s standard. Get better.

I believe like most McDonald’s there are times it’s great serve like quickly, correct, and friendly service. Other times it’s in between with great and poor service. Then every now and then slow, and not correct food or barely any ingredients on sandwich, and not welcoming attitudes.
They do seem to keep the place cleaned well.
This is why everything is middle ground.

I’m extremely disappointed. Wish they had ratings in the negatives. We ordered hot, hot fries. I watched we were given the ones that had been sitting in rack since we walked in. Warm not hot. Ordered 6 chicken nuggets cooked fresh. They were cold. But we did 6 pcs. Reordered these, which were hot, but I only got 5 of 6 ordered. Next, we ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and cheese. We got onion, mustard, ketchup, no cheese. Again, we had to say something about this and was given a burger with cheese put on top, not melted. Just put
on a burger.
To top things off we went thru drive thru to pick up the burger because of heavy rain. We picked up at window #1. We could not move car because of car in front was waiting for their order. Person at window
advised us to move on there were others waiting to get their orders. Wonder if those orders were right?
The girl at the register was the only one who got our order right. Everything she entered in register was exactly as we ordered.
We don’t usually complain, but this was just too much. So many wrongs do not make a right.
Employees had no personalities, just attitude. One of those places where the customer is an inconvenience, not the one paying your salaries
I did call the next day to talk with the manager.
