Showed proof my mobile order curbside pick up wasn’t working. The order had everything on it, what I got, when I got it (date AND time), and the price. Asked the woman for help, she said “well it’s not on my screen” and walked away from me. The guy was trying his best, he was nice. Woman should not be in customer service. I was being as nice as I could be and patient because they were busy. I was trying to get lunch on my lunch break. Now I can’t eat until I get off work and I lost $10.

Sweetest crew working the drive thru tonight (8/22/25 around 8pm). A gentleman handed me the order with the biggest smile and the most courteous ‘have a good day’. Didn’t catch his name, but he had an accent. Maybe African? Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced at any business in Indiana. Keep up the good work!

From my understanding Mindy was the manager on duty at 2:30 EST on 10/5/25. She had shown the upmost negative and contentious behavior. Not only was she condescending and almost snarling at a miss-hap that wasn’t my fault, she had also was extremely superfluous in the way she had treated her staff. She was extremely demeaning towards myself and a worker there by the name of Raegan. Raegan had done everything she had possibly could do within her power to diffuse the situation while trying her best to be a positive mediator. I had ordered through the app, yet hadn’t received a confirmation code, despite having accurate bank statements and screenshots through the mobile app of a code. I had even offered to pay twice after giving them the code with valid snapshots of bank receipts and receipts through the online mobile app, itself. Yet, Mindy’s snappy attitude and rudeness not only towards I, but her coworker was very unprofessional. Raegan had even tried to defend Mindy saying she “Had a migraine” which is understandable but doesn’t mean that she can be extremely rude and condescending. Do better. I feel sorry for workers like Raegan. Working under demeaning bosses like Mindy. Do better. Poor leadership skill on the management’s end. Thank you Raegan!! You were amazing!! You get 5 stars from me!!!! Give her a raise, as she clearly cares more about satisfaction with customers than management ever would!!!!

Welcoming crew, even as I walked through the front for the in house maintenance guy greeted me.

The cashier was super friendly A1 service with a smile, followed all expectations of her superiors and myself as a customer. She also used great suggestive selling techniques. With the famous wills you like a drink with your double quarter pounder with cheese meal.

Very clean store, back o house crew was on fire with drive thru being busy and foot traffic picking up. Got my order in a quick efficient manner.

The food was flawlessly executed with the status quo expectation of a double quarter pounder with cheese. Fries were perfectly salted.

I would normally take more photos of the restaurant but due to my dad and mom bickering I opted out but snuck a photo of the cool light fixtures that they have.

I chose the angle of the light fixture because it reminds me of what it would be like if we had a 4 banger eclipse a moon in front of our sun in front if another star in front of another star. Unfortunately we live in a single star system and not a binary nor quadraticary star system. So it looked really cool McDonald’s always goes above and being when picking more of the modern retro designs.

My service dog rogue approved of the quality on the double quarter pounder with cheese as well.

Me and my son go and get fast food once a week. We had just got done at the doctors office and decided we’d go and get some McDonald’s for dinner. The guy taking my order made me repeat my order over and over and over again because he kept typing it in wrong. We waited in the drive-through line for 17 minutes and when we got the food it wasn’t hot and it’s like they submerged the sandwiches in ketchup and mustard and then squished the sandwiches with their hands they also put an insane amount of salt on the fries like the amount of salt on there could give somebody a stroke. This has been the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever encountered. Save your money and go to a different McDonald’s or a different restaurant altogether. I ended up throwing the food away and ordered Dominoes.
