Went here for breakfast and only ordered two sausage burritos and a smoothie. The smoothie was great but the burritos had no peppers, two crumbles of sausage, and they just didn’t look right or seem fresh. Disappointed isn’t even the word but being pregnant and tired I ate it because I didn’t feel like driving all the way back and wasting even more time.

I have been sick and ordered breakfast to be delivered this morning. I had a big breakfast without pancakes. My hash browns were missing, there were no napkins and the scrambled eggs were old. They were all dried out. They did supply butter and syrup. I didnt order pancakes! I tried to call and the phone just rang and rang then it was taken off the hook for the next few hours. I dont understand how such a simple order can be so messed up. This seems to be the normal at this store. I can’t even reach them to complain! Ridiculous!!

Couldn’t even use the bathroom for 2 minutes without getting bothered multiple times by employees. They need more bathrooms or something and they should know if the door is locked it means someone is inside, we can hear them trying the door, no need to knock and then walk away and knock again. The employee taking my order at the counter was super nice, the other employees were just kind of goofing off and it took a long time to get my order. Then my nuggets were soooooooo horribly overdone it was literally awful but I was so over it that I didn’t even have the energy to bring them back and ask for a replacement.

This place was so unprofessional waited like 20 mins for my food and then this is the 4 piece chicken strip. This location is always a let down….can I get the rest of my burger how many pickles are there supposed to be that’s right two. You need to train people better im sure nothing will change

After waiting 10 minutes I asked for a refund and suddenly my food was simultaneously “called out and no one responded” and “just now ready because it was waiting for fries”. Those can’t both be true.
They tried to give me the food, but even if it was really waiting for fries (for 10 minutes, fries can take 10 minutes at this location apparently), then the burger was sitting and getting cold that whole time and who knows how long it was sitting in the warmer before I ordered.
Plus the one dude, I don’t know if he was the owner or a manager or what, but he was in charge and not in a uniform, that dude was standing there giving me dirty looks when I was getting my refund. It’s no wonder you’re short staffed if that’s how you are to customers, I can only imagine what you’re like to the employees.
I will not be visiting again.

Waited 29 minutes for our food, just to find out it had been sitting behind the counter. The order we got was wrong, AND had a hair in it, so we returned it and asked for a new one, just to get the order wrong AGAIN. When we asked for just a SIDE of lettuce since we have tried twice now to get a mcchicken made right, the worker said, and I quote, “you wanted lettuce on it though right?” as if she didn’t know the ingredients on their own menu items. On top of it all, in order to get our orders fixed, we stood in a crowd of 7 other people who had ALSO gotten their orders messed up, and had been waiting just as long to get their orders fixed. There were also no napkins, lids, straws, sauces, or ANYTHING in the lobby, so if we had needed any of those things they’d forgotten, we’d have to wait in the line of people waiting almost 30 minutes for their food to attempt to get a worker’s attention. The two poor girls on the register were running ALL of the food, making all of the drinks, and trying to take orders all by themselves. I hardly ever go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this place was a wreck and we were not the only ones inconvenienced by this.

Had an Uber eats delivery and only received part of it and when I called they said it wasn’t there problem. There the ones that put the order together and sealed the bag.

Waited 34 minutes for my food to find a hair in it and for it to be missing parts. Everyone with me in the restaurant today also had issues with their order at the time. There was no soda fountain, lids, napkins, etc in the lobby, so to need any more you’d have to wait and couldn’t get your drink prior to your food.
The two women working the counter were taking all the orders as the kiosk was down too, running all the food to the front and out to the cars outside as well
