I went to get my daughter some food with one of the employees and the drive through person (Tori) was completely rude. We pulled up and I WAS smiling at her and she instantly rude slamming the window and when the employee that was with me asked for his discount she really didn’t wanna ask at all. And when the manager came over her name is Angel she open the window can told us we should have just went to bed and then she slammed the window as well. Mind u we went to get our 2 year old food!!! And yes I was disrespectful back after Tori want to be rude first!!!! I did NOT SAY ANYTHING TILL THE MCDONALDS WORKINGERS WERE VERY RUDE to me n their other employee that was off with and with me

Had to wait over 15 mins for our food to come out. It was cold. Only 1 other couple ordered between the time we came in & our food came out & the drive thru was not busy.
Didn’t bring out our drinks. Had to wait another 5 mins to get those.
Gentleman was quite rude. No apology or anything, just “what’dja get?”
But more concerning was the condition of the store. The customer soda counter was a mess as was the floor beneath it. There was water or pop all over the floor and no attempt to clean it up was made in the appx 45 mins we were there. A wet floor sign was there when we came in and was there when we left. The counters were disgusting.
I always think if this is what the front looks like, imagine what the back looks like.
Drive the extra 5 minutes to go to either of the other locations in town. Will never go back to this one.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I came in on the second of september, around 9pm.
The service here is absolutely atrocious, like the smell. You get a table number, yet you never get your food brought to you instead you have to pick it up. If you order it to eat here they put it in a bag anyways which shows their ignorance towards the environment. They do not have any lids for cups and don’t check what’s missing regularly. Their employees will not make three steps and bring your food to you but they will come in front of the counter to mess around. Absolutely terrible service, deeply disappointed.

Today took me to a participating McDonald’s offering the seasonal pie, I decided to gift myself; custer filled butter-flake crust moresel with a few colored sprinkles, the Holiday Pie, It was good-enjoyed it! ,and would enjoy again-would share too!

One of the best locations I’ve been to in a while. The food was piping hot and the service was great. Was very impressed with everything here. Just needed a little snack on my way home and this was the best choice having this kind of service.

Night shift and day shift are 2 different crews for sure..night shift on Oct 14 2025 for a daily double and large fry took 23 minutes.. nothing else…day shift same items 4 minutes…don’t go at night the staff is terrible!! Anyone after 5!!

The experience was okay but I they could do thing’s a bit better with some more training there employees that duty is to simply prep food and drinks and provide a clean environment for the Customers to Enjoy overall. It took 4.22 seconds to get My food and in that timeframe I asked for a paper cup four times too 2 different people and got it as My food was ready.
As Both me and my partner where enjoying the meal I needed to walk to the Restroom and Was hit with the smell of sewage in the bathroom area. I Told a personel about the problem and was told that a worker was heading that way soon
We finished our meal and we never knew if that bathroom issue was properly corrected at all. Over All it was a good time other than the 2 issues that I mentioned above. This is where a bit more training can help young teenage workers with skills to be more proficient in the workplace area.

This has happened twice.. no Oreo cookies in the McFlurry. Had a very small dusting of cookie crumbs on the top but none mixed in the rest of the ice cream. Very disappointing.
