I went to drive thru this morning 1/21. It was 10:27 when I pulled up to drive thru. breakfast is served until 10:30. The Order board was on breakfast. I ordered. I went to first window and paid. I pulled up to second window to get food. Older lady comes to window, she was rude as well and says we are on lunch….. I said I ordered breakfast. Menus was on breakfast when I ordered. They accepted my money at the first window and didn’t say anything there. Then they say we will make you a burger and I said no. Just refund my money. About 5 employees huddle together and can’t figure out what to do. Older lady comes back to window and says we only have one manager and she’s busy. Then manager eventually comes up like oh, now you don’t want the food: I said no. I don’t want lunch just give me a refund, she was very rude, I did nothing wrong, this is a simple transaction, just simple refund. She told me to go park in a number spot. I said no. I will wait right here at window until you give me my refund. Manager the says she’s calling police… I said ok. I am sure the cops laughed at here on phone because the older lady came and took my credit card and finally refunded me after 10 minutes. This situation is a horrible image on this location. There was no need to be as rude as she was, it would have been so easy to just say sorry and a simple refund. This manager is not the type of manager to be a role model or training her employees. Not good. I have photo and video, crazy, all over a breakfast sandwich.

Ordered a large snack wrap meal. Got home and meal was less than satisfactory. Ordered a coke and got a root beer. The large fry was maybe filled enough to be a medium. I mean the container has fries drawn on it to show where the fries are supposed to be filled to.

This part is more on the corporation that will make me not order snack wraps again. They fill the snack wrap with 1 of the chicken tenders. You get 2 wraps in the meal, so pay for 2 tenders. The cost of the 2 snack wraps is the same price as the 4pc chicken tender meal. With how little lettuce and cheese is added to it, and how inexpensive tortilla is, there is no way those 2 meals are equal in cost.

I simply asked in person with no one else behind me what happy meal toy they had at the register. The girl checked and in front of me at the counter the manager yelled at her for looking at the toy saying they can’t do that. I have been to other mcdonald’s and no one has ever had an issue as long as there is not a line. They won’t tell you if you call either.

Overall, nice people and good service. The older lady that hands out food (mostly in the mornings) acts like smiling would break her face. She doesn’t say hi, have a good day, nothing! Even when I say hello and thank you everytime.

Food was just meh. Was expecting it to be better as it is located in the much desirable Granger, IN area. Restrooms needed to be cleaned and owner needs to put some money into updating this place a.s.a.p. You see other mc.donalds in bad areas of the city that look 10 times better/updated than this 1960’s style that it has going on.

This location continues to go downhill! I was neglected at the payment window for about 4 minutes while the worker had her back turned and appeared to socialize with others, throwing up her hands and dancing. This occurred 11/12/25 right after 9pm.

Well luckily I wasn’t expecting much from this McDonald’s. Went to McDonald’s today 6/7 for breakfast spent over $21. First didn’t put one of our sandwiches in the bag had to go in and get it. Secondly on my way to work I opened my sandwich which was a steak egg and cheese bagel and they put a sausage patty on it. I’m really tired of the constant issues with this McDonald’s. It’s really tiring I’m fed up with it I suggest not going to this McDonald’s all they do is mess this is the 4th time since the beginning of May. Went today 12/09 can’t even get a diet soda correct. Shows real promise.

I will say the inside was clean. Food was what you expected. Service was awful. I pulled in, and the drive thru was 3 cars deep on both lanes. So I went inside and ordered at the kiosk. Ended up, waiting over 20 minutes. When I finally got my food, I was told “sorry it took so long we had a rush at the drive thru” so even though my order was in before most of the drive thru, they waited till the drive thru was empty to address my order. So remember, if you’re not in the drive thru, you’re not a priority customer.
