I ordered 2 big macs and had to return them because the Big mac sauce was sour as if it was expired. I inform store manager of my complaint in return the manager replace my two Big Macs with two Quarter Pounders one of those quarter pounders was disfigured and smelled like a McRib i then ask the manager for a refund and then asked why does this burger looked disfigured and smell like ribs and the other one does the manager stated that it comes like this….guys dont eat here they dont care what there serving there customers someone will get sick here…i did.

Well the guy that was there was nice to us but when I asked if there was sauces (bbq) in the bag, he said yea and lied. I got all the way home and no sauce, I tried calling the place and they refused to answer the phone. Fries were not seasoned nor did I get any salt when I asked.

Drive thru was slow, associate was short with words, and the food was not put together correctly. We ordered 2 Big Mac meals and both sandwiches were.. well take a look at the photos.

I do not recommend at all! Staff are rude and the nuggets had black particles on them that made it look like they dropped them on the floor and still packed them. I will never return to this location and I do not recommend anyone go either.

Wish I’d checked the ratings before I threw 10 bucks down the hole. Food was luke warm at best, limp fries, and the credit card machine will take a few minutes. You know why?! Cause they want cash so you don’t dispute the charge; as the product provided is that bad!

We pulled up to order and they asked us to wait. 30 minutes later no one had come to take put order but at the other speaker several cars had their orders taken. We switched lines but ended up being told they only took cash. 45 minutes of waiting for nothing. This isn’t the first time this location has only been able to take cash and this isn’t the first time we’ve waiting in line over 45 minutes for our food.

Always take a long time for Doordash orders. Then want to watch me confirm that I picked it up on the app. Like I’m already running late here….and why would I steal McDonald’s food and lose my job? I’m guessing some people ruined it for everyone, but it’s really annoying when any business wants to watch you confirm. I just feel like they are accusing me of stealing each time…. Not worth it to me for way overpriced garbage….used to love McDonald’s until they jacked their prices up way high

The kiosk allowed us to select an entire order before alerting us the payment station didn’t work. It then spit out a receipt for us take to the counter…but it was blank.

I used to avoid this McDonald’s because my order would either be messed up or my Big Mac would be missing one of its beef patties. However this time I was missing a milk shake and the cashier caught it as I was pulling away. Her mood was very professional and pleasant. That hasn’t happened to me at this location in a long time. I will definitely not hesitate to return.
