Very rude morning crew, the guy at the second window is cool he’s the only good one that works there. AND I ordered a frappe & it’s filled half way & they just put a bunch of whipped cream. Not worth it this McDonald’s sucks definitely one of the worse ones.

Food was hot and fresh, however the ordering experience is a pain. The person in the drive through hardly spoke English, I had to repeat my order multiple times and still had to correct them at the window. I have no issues with people who speak multiple languages, but this happens every time I go to this location at night. Perfectly fine when ordering through the app though.

Pulled up to drive through. Was told to hang on a minute. Other lane had 3 cars pull up and order. Tried to talk intercom no response. Pulled up to the cashier window. Informed her of what happen. Her response ” OK? So what do you need?”

listen i’m not the one to come on here and complain because i work in food service and i have patients but EVERY SINGLE TIME. i go to this mcdonald’s every employee i’ve spoke with, is very disrespectful and just overall terrible customer service. I’ll pay extra for some stuff in my coffee and it won’t be added, i’ll get fries that a 3/4 of the way filled, and most of my food is always cold.

Mcdonalds is going down hill fast… it was myself and another car in the drive thru only 2 cars there and had to wait a good 3 mins before my order was taken, then after I paid I was pulled forward being told I was waiting on fries, but when I received my order the fries were cold and old. Inside is dirty and the crew is not very friendly.

All the food was nasty. We got a Big Mac, triple cheeseburger, nuggets, and two large fries. Everything was old and dry. They weren’t even busy so no excuse for old nasty food! We only ate most the fries because we were starving.
