I would have gave this McDonalds 5 stars however every time I go there then there is an issue with the slushy machine. Like right now they claim that it is broken down and they are waiting for new parts. Before that it was always something like “I’m sorry we don’t have this flavor right now would you like to try another one” or “we are cleaning this right now so it’s down”! Whatever!!! I’m so over it because it’s always the same excuse! It’s now been at least two weeks since the slushy machine has been down and I’m curious how long it takes to get that part fixed. Other than that the food is good and the fry’s are usually hot.

The food was good! We had our foreign exchange students with us who wanted to experience American McDonald’s, theirs are cleaner and a little more fancier. They liked the food also. Women’s bathroom was down otherwise it was good.

Disgusting food. Just got my meal and the worst I’ve had from Westville,IN. McDonald’s. Cold fries old greasy burger meat. I had bad review before from then but removed. Now they deserve to have this one long standing. Tasted gross. Don’t waste your money as it will be old and you will throw it away soon as you get it. I’m betting this burgers are the new fake grown meat. Don’t buy from McDonald’s.

The employees we encountered today were unpleasant. I understand it’s hot and you may not like your job but should still treat people respectfully. Our order was also incorrect, it was my fault for not checking before we left however considering it was two meals this shouldn’t have been an issue. Also, the food was not fresh and we went around 11, everything was cold and soggy.

Went to get late dinner and got some nuggets and kids meal. They had me pull off to side to wait for nuggets and kids meal. Was only to cars in line. When I get my food I check the bag turns out they gave me no sauce for 20 nuggets. Had to go back around and ask for some then they began to question if we really got the sauce or not. Like I’m gonna go around just to try and get extra free sauce I’m not going to use? It was frustrating that they think someone is gonna eat 20 nuggets with no sauce especially after you asked for sauce when you ordered.
