This is the worst McDonald’s ever if I could give zero I would I never get my food on time. It’s always cold! I’ve called up there multiple times to let them know. I did not get the right order and it seems like it’s just getting worse. Never go to that McDonald’s! Go to anyone but that one

Ordered through the drive through, two cheeseburgers with ketchup, cheese, bacon, and mac sauce, I received two buns WITHOUT ANY MEAT IN THEM. NO ACTUAL BURGER IN MY BURGER. when I called to fix the situation, the person who answered the phone (gave no name) told me to come back tomorrow, no offer to fix my order today. Then abruptly hung up without anything other than a first name. I’m highly upset with the way this situation was handled.

So the manager said they weren’t serving nuggets and fries and said it in a very disrespectful way and I didn’t find that good as customer service as I’ve worked at many places with customer service and I think you guys need to do something about that just seemed like they wanted to go home so they lied about not wanting to serve when that is there job. I tried to leave feedback through the app but I didn’t know the store number. The store locator option didn’t work. I rejected a paper receipt because there’s usually one on the bag, so naturally today there wasn’t.
For my order, this morning I got two breakfast sandwiches through the app. Service was quick, employees were nice. But the muffin on my sandwich was burnt. I usually don’t have too many issues at this location so I was pretty disappointed.

I purchased a fish fillet meal. I was giving my food and noticed the fries were lukewarm. I gave the young lady back the fries and asked could I have fresh ones. I waited outside for close to 10 minutes. once they brought back the fries, they were the same fries I had… all they did was drop them back in the grease.

Food is good if it is done right but often there can be mistakes on the order or the fries can be obviously old and on the stale side even when the place seems like it’s super busy. Also a bit upset about their cookie prices and how they scam those who want an even number of cookies. They charge $0.99 for 1 but $2.69 for 2? That is almost a whole other cookie they are charging for while not providing the value. Even the app reflects this pricing and the employees have a whole seperate button for the 2 cookie price which is pressed by default, costing people more. Plus they seem to have updated how they handle the drive through and make people pull to certain spots and wait much longer than before supposedly because they want to improve their times, and getting us off the sensor does so despite the actual service time seemingly getting longer. Absolutely bogus.

Wish I could give 0 stars takes at least 20 mins for food EVERYYYY time no matter what you order. Employees are more worried about chatting than working. The take out person has the dirtiest coat I’ve ever seen UNSANITARY

Last 2 times I went it took over 15 mins and I got a refund. Don’t waste your time. The manager thinks only 15 mins for cold food and fresh fries is worth it.

It was a great atmosphere for a fast food restaurant, it felt more like a family restaurant. The patrons were very friendly. The service was fast and actually pretty darn good. Reminded you of the get-togethers we used to have where everyone told their stories as they mingled with the crowd. If this place is like this everyday the are very lucky people. Can’t wait to check it out again.

Don’t order through the app and get curbside. They focus on drive through orders. People that came after us and went through the drive through got their food before ours was even started. Waited 15 minutes and I had to go inside to make sure they got my order and then had to go back in after 20 minutes and get the food.
