It was okay. There’s something wrong with the water. In the bathroom. You can’t even wash your hands. So that’s frustrating. I told them about it and nothing was done. The food is actually pretty good though.

Went through drive through spent damn near $30 for my fries to taste like garbage, no surprise there, and then they forgot my McChicken all together and i had to run back inside. Then drive all the way home and open my two cheese burgers the buns are stale as hell and i asked for no pickle and got no ketchup or onion as well. Not even edible there’s no sauce. Also everyone was not very friendly, no thank yous have a nice day or nothing. I could deal with shitty customer service if the food was at least decent. Wasted a whole trip into town to not even eat it. Don’t waste your time just drive the extra few miles into town to the McDonalds on Franklin. Also my wrappers are inside out? Never had a worse experience at McDoanld’s.

All of the employees were very friendly. They all had a smile. They all said good morning.
We had messed up one of our drinks. Without hesitation one of the workers took it back and remade what we actually wanted! Which she did not have to. It was our mess up!! Great morning team!!

Slow service, mixed orders. We were asked to pull up to the reserved spot in front of the lobby,as they ran out of cones, after 20 min of waiting, we found out, they simply forgot about us.

It’s posted that it opens at 5am yet there’s all the workers sitting outside the establishment at 5:17am. It’s early that’s obvious (these people are grown adults) just expected different from people who chose this job. To the management if you’re not going to have your people on the correct time schedule maybe you should push back the opening time or even take your life more seriously it’s just a bad look on you. Mind you I have to get my day started as well but I’m not dragging along unlike the people who run this establishment.

I have been to several locations. Mainly my hometown. Very nice and friendly atmosphere our order was correct clean tables I’m in shock of how nice and friendly this place is!!!! A freaking mazing!!!! I’d almost drive the hour long drive just to come here! Other McDonald’s locations could really use/learn from what this store is doing! Well done McDonald’s 10/5 stars!!!!

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered on the app as we had a large group order. Arrived to the restaurant and checked in online the app and put in the spot number. After over 15 mins waiting curbside and still no order (parking lot empty) my husband went inside to see what was going on. Once inside he waited at least 10 mins while workers walked past him and the staff in the back just chatted having a great time. Finally someone asked him what he needed and he said we’d been waiting curbside and the staff person said “you have to check in” he said “my wife checked in now over 20 mins ago”. She was extremely rude and not helpful. She stated that we had to check in and that he couldn’t just take the order. He came back out to the car stating we had to check in to receive the order. I checked the app and the order had cleared out and I couldn’t check in as I had already done so. My husband went back inside and was just handed a bag of food. No explanation, no “here you go” or “sorry for the wait”. Got the food home and found mold on the bagels. Absolutely awful service and awful food.

The McDonald’s in Burns Harbor, Indiana is a solid and good choice for a great value for hot & fresh food. My wife, myself, and our 3 friends ate really good on $60.00. The service is excellent and the dining room table, seats, and floors were all very clean. As a particular point, all of the trash cans were also recently emptied and they placed new trash bags into the baskets. A great place to eat.

I’ve been here several times, it’s always a very mediocre experience. Food is good, but the floors are greasy, service is really quite slow.
Especially for a spot right next to a train station, you’d think they’d be more understanding of us being in a rush. Our two McMuffins took 15 minutes to show up.
Facilities are cute, newly remodeled, and mostly clean beyond the very dirty, slippery floors. Most of the order kiosks were closed.
