When the Black Lady manager isn’t there, the store is ran like and I have to wait a very long time for my Doordash pickups and the store doesn’t ever open on time, one morning I tried to pour me a drink and there wasn’t even any couplings back on the soda machine because they don’t finish doing everything in the morning because they’re running late!!! It sucks when she isn’t here!!! Today again I’m in the same boat it’s 8:53 am on Jan 17, 2026!! My order dinged and said ready for pickup 10 minutes ago I’m still waiting!!

I have so many BAD experiences and maybe 1 efficient 1. I work across the street so this one is the closest. It never fails tho… either I have a problem they can’t or won’t fix with the app, the food is made wrong, my coffee came black once after I repeated what I wanted and was charged for the caramel syrup. Today, the system crashed and I was overcharged. I’m now waiting however many days for the money back to my card.

I’m not going to lie I had to wait awhile for my food today 12/30. The food itself was fresh and the atmosphere was very busy. I’d like to take the time to thank Joe one of the managers on duty! He made the wait worth it! He apologized multiple times and offered me free food. Rarely do I run into managers at fast food establishments that actually care. This is one of the few times I’ve been impressed with management. Even the managers I didn’t speak to were impressive to me. They remembered their regular customers names etc. which shows to me that the customer is more than just a dollar sign to them. If you’re in the area make sure to stop by! I promise the wait is worth it! Thanks again Joe and have a happy new year!
