If putting 0 stars was possible, I would put that. I was waiting 30 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. Usually I would understand when it is busy, but there was barley anyone there and the lobby was completely empty. So I pulled through the drive through to see if they were even working on it and they claimed it was never even placed. I look through the window and on the counter and there sits my order. The McFlurry was completely melted along with the smoothie. Safe to say I will NEVER be returning to this Mcdonalds.

Listen! This is my new favorite McDonald’s because the service window employee “Miss Rhonda(sp?)” is so fantastic! She makes my day every time I visit! I would look like hell and she looks right at me and calls me beautiful, and is never in a bad mood! We need more Miss Rhonda’s in the world and I hope this place treats her well.
With that said my iced coffee tasted great and they slipped me a hash brown in my order. A+ all around

Disappointing. Stopped on my way from Chicago to get a quick meal on my way home. I spent almost $10 on a “crispy” tenders meal. Even though I had to move from the window and wait out front, I didn’t get hot, fresh food. The tenders were soggy and cold/wet in the middle. Fries were fine. They didn’t give me any sauce, though I ordered it. The only good part of the meal was the Diet Coke…you can’t go wrong with a McDonald’s Diet Coke. There are so many options on this road, get your food from one of them instead, then come here to get a Diet Coke.

The last 2 times we visited, the food was stale, like it was sitting out for hours and fresh by any means. The ice teas which were suppose to be sweet teas were watered down so much that they looked like a faint tea color. When asked, we were advised in a nasty tone that that is what sweet tea looks like. I was flabbergasted. Any other sweet tea from McDonald’s is dark. Just nasty service and garbage food that went in the trash. Not to mention that the fries were cold and hard.

I waited by the counter for someone to take my order for a very long time as I watched people in the back look at me while walking back and forth. I waited so long I got frustrated and was about to leave when someone finally came out.
After placing my order I was given a placard with the number on it. The placard said “have a seat we will bring your food to you”. So I sat at a table with the number on the table and waited and waited for a VERY long time. There were only 2 other customers there. Finally I walked to the counter to complain about waiting so long and found my food sitting on the counter and no one around. (The number on the receipt on the bag matched the number on my receipt). So I sat down to eat. And the fries were cold and nasty. The burger was just kind of warm.
I will say the place was very clean and well kept. Trash cans were all emptied. Seats were comfortable. But the food wasn’t good and the service was terrible.

3 hamburgers that were smashed and not prepared how we requested. Paid for an extra large fry and got a small. Ordered an unsweetened tea and to a sweet tea. And then whole meal was cold. Not edible. Complete order was wrong and thrown away
Very disappointed.
Also my fish filet was 2 different pieces put together.
Will never go back to that location AGAIN

I ordered 2 plain cheese burgers and a large fry. I was the first person in line. I paid and waited at pickup window. After a bit, the girl said pull to front. I waited and waited. 4 cars received their food and left. Another car pulled up behind me do I decided to go in. The lady at counter called out to see who had my order. Drive was now taking my order out. Needless to say my food was cold. Im assuming drive thru dropped the ball.

One side of the drive thru is closed but there is no sign or anyone to let you know. After waiting with a car line behind me with no help go around to the drive thru side that is being helped. After about a 15 minute wait for food, food is room temperature at best and cheeseburger has cheese that is not even melted.

Had to stop whole traveling and wasn’t impressed. They either were short staffed or were overwhelmed. The wait for the food was crazy for fast food. I ordered a coffee that the machine didn’t work on. They tried to make me the equivalent, which was nice. But they could’ve charged me a coffee price and not a frap price. Since the frap machine was broken. Some of their staff were very immature and rude to other customers. One was outside on the phone, being extremely loud and inappropriate. Don’t know where the management is.

Every morning I come here for breakfast since the Monopoly game started lol. And every morning I’m greeted by the same two wonderful ladies Rhonda and Jayan (sorry if I misspelled ladies). Always a smile and a friendly greeting with these ladies can always count on them and the other team members to have my order RIGHT, hot and fast! Thank you all for your great efforts at this establishment!
