Every single time I try to use the mobile app to redeem points or earn points. It says my code has already been used every single time I come to this McDonald’s location any other location I go to I have no issue and the guy at the window just says oh well I don’t know what to tell you like how about try to help me figure it out and just rude and then when you try to call and talk to a manager it rings and rings and rings and then you try to call back and it’s just a busy signal. Absolutely rude customer service.

Interior is open early in the A.M., not just the drive-thru. You can get one Sausage McMuffin for $1.89, and a second one for $1.00; that’s 800 calories for a total of $2.89. The large soft drinks at $1.29 (price atm) are a great deal – it’s “almost” a public health service on hot summer days. ☀️⛱️
(I also like the $1/$2/$3 value menu prices for McDouble cheeseburgers; others might like something else inexpensive on that menu.)

Ordered 2 coffees and hash browns. The one large hot cappuccino came out half full. Very disappointed that I paid 4 dollars for essentially a small coffee.

Violently rude employees refused to get manager for simple problem after being incapable of fixing it themselves due to server issues. Refused service and refused to call for help. Started getting mad and yelling at me when I insisted they get help or just ring me up.
