Getting off work and stopping to grab something quick is definitely not an option anymore when
It comes down to this location. Does not make your food correctly.. doesn’t even try just throw anything into a bag and rudely throw it out to the customer. I provided pictures of my meal. You may look at it and ask what is wrong with the meal well it’s old, and my burger supposed to plain just meat and cheese. The only thing that was correct was the dang drink. Terrible customer service, terrible food last time eating there. Just closed down already.

One of our drinks were clearly wrong and we told the drive thru attendant and he said “what do you want me to do about it.” My husband said well I want my correct drink sir; the attendant said “well you can wait 25 mins inside for a refund because I’m not making that for you again.” My husband is one of the nicest people when it comes to fast food workers, so we were both completely caught off guard we were treated so horribly. Hopefully they can get more staff in this location so the employees aren’t so angry like this man at the drive thru.

I waited 16min for my 10piece and fry. There was 3 cars in drive thru and 3 ppl inside all waiting. My son was at great clips across the street and was done with hair cut before I got my food. Unacceptable!!!

McDonald’s is McDonald’s sometimes you get friendly staff sometimes you don’t. This time the staff was pretty friendly and didn’t seem to get irritated by a long order because I have several kids and always takes us some time to get our order together

Manager blamed me, the customer, because she couldn’t train her new hires adequately. She was upset I chose to not get a receipt. This was for the woman working 9/14 at around 8/9pm.
I repeated my order several times and they still got it wrong.My fries were stale too.
Usedto come here often. This place was better when people who actually cared about doing a good job worked here.

I received my order of food first and immediately noticed my drink was forgotten. I tasted a fry and it was very stale as if it had been sitting for quite some time. I thought no biggie, I’m hungry so I just requested my drink. My drink was an iced caramel mocha with light vanilla syrup. I can taste the Carmel but I can see the chocolate sauce was visibly missing from my drink. The employees seem to not be organized and caring of orders. I will not be returning back to this location as this is the second time my order has been messed up. Overall a 2/5 restaurant.

Store closes early everyday seems the owner is ok with paying people to run their store and not make money due to them closing early and not even saying anything. Waited 15 minutes in line because no courtesy to say sorry we are closed

My orders are always accurate and fresh. I USA the drive thru exclusively. The loud, piercing whistle from the drive thru speaker is really disturbing. Can anyone tell me why we hear that sound?
