I had placed a mobile order at 6:55 AM for a Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddle (receipt attached).

When I picked up my order at the drive-thru, the sandwich I received contained only the griddle cakes—there was no bacon, egg, or cheese inside. I did not discover this until I pulled away and had to turn back around, which made me late and caused frustration, especially since the meal was for my children.

While I understand mistakes can happen, what concerned me most was the lack of attention and professionalism at the window. The employee had her back turned to me, texting with the window open. She handed me my bag without acknowledging me, and I also noticed other staff inside laughing and gossiping instead of focusing on service. There was no sense of urgency, which is disappointing for what should be “fast food.”

This experience fell short of McDonald’s standards. I hope steps can be taken to improve quality control and customer service at this location.

I stop in regularly to relax a bit before work each day. These wonderful managers and employees go that extra mile to give me VIP treatment I love them all. They’ve almost become like extended family.

Went through drive through and it took a few for anyone to answer and was very static when they did. I could hear the background noise . I am always annoyed when I pull up to the window and have my food handed out to me without a thank you or hello. It was clear they were already taking another order. I wish they would stop for the o e second it takes for me to get my food and ask for straws, napkins ketchup etc. it makes me feel very dismissed. I will say that this location had some of the best tasting food and for me to say that is odd as I do not eat McDonald’s because my grandchild wants it so much that I’m over it. However, I was very pleased to be enjoying the food. The atmosphere rating is odd with it being drive through but I did not see any trash, or anything looking out of place and since I enjoy the atmosphere in my car with my granddaughter I rated it a 5!

The young girl who works the drive thru in the mornings purposely stalled the first lane when we asked if this lane was open, she didnt answer and thought it would be funny to make us wait. when we drove to the window she had a smirk on her face and rolled her eyes. This isnt the only time this kind of customer service happens, sometimes they will make you park and wait for your coffee when you dont have to…I’m not kidding, you need to know this is the kind of service that’s being delivered in your drive thru.

Staff just looks at you as you try to ask a question and then keep going. 2 kiosks to order were not working and the one working didn’t accept payment the receipt that came out to take to the counter was blank and I waited for 10 minutes until someone came to the counter to help me. When we got home with our food the large fries were half empty. Like seriously. It wasn’t even busy and our food was thrown together with half of the fiesta missing. Not cool when the 2 damn meals were $20. I won’t be returning.

Friendly staff and helpful in ordering our food. Did not use the touch-screen order system. I would prefer to speak to a human. The food was ready in a timely manner. The place was clean and orderly. The restroom was clean.

I visited this location a few days ago and ordered a snack wrap and a few other items. As usual, they asked me to pull forward and park. I specifically told them to please make sure the sauce was in the bag — of course, it was missing. When I got home, I realized they also forgot my snack wrap entirely.

Fast forward to today — against my better judgment, I went back to get my son a cheeseburger (only ketchup) and a kids meal. Again, I was told to park. The cheeseburger came with onions, so I had to turn around, go back, and wait another 15 minutes just to get the correct order.

By the time it was all said and done, I could have eaten at a full-service restaurant. The entire point of fast food is convenience and speed — this location completely misses the mark on both. Extremely frustrating experience twice in one week. Do better.
