When I half to wait in line we’ll over 20 minutes just to get some sauce for my nuggets and I still haven’t gotten yet do better Mcdonald’s. Stop standing around and talking. Do some work acknowledge your customers in the building.

This place keeps going downhill unfortunately. This location just cannot get it right. Asked for no onions or pickle. I checked because I could smell the onions. It looked right until I took a bite and mouthful of onion. They put it on the bottom where you don’t typically think to look, and in between the patties! WHY?! I said NONE! Not extra. This McDonald’s is not worth stopping at. For some reason, I don’t know if it’s laziness, incompetence, or just blatantly not caring but I can’t recall a time where my order was 100% correct. Don’t waste your time here, it’s not worth stopping until they can find some employees who can understand the simplest of tasks.

EVERY time I come here and order for my family of 4(sometimes bigger if grandkids are over), MY FOOD IS ALWAYS MISSING. It doesn’t matter if I order one single sandwich or an entire meal. Everyone else gets what they ordered, but it is always MY menu items missing. Yes, I know, go to a different one. It’s the closest to my house on my way home. Tried calling to report it (I ordered my sandwich with mods so it would be still on the line probably for proof) and the phone just rings.

Still horrible place. Ordered two number 6 large. Both mcgriddles are burnt and hard as a rock even dog can’t eat them. Got sweet tea as one of the drinks and there’s no sugar in it. Tastes very nasty. Avoid this location . But many already know this place.

ordered lunch through the app today and picked up through the drive through. opened the order and one of the chicken nuggets had a literal BITE taken out of it. either a worker took a bite and put it in the box OR someone else was given this order, took a bite, returned it, and then it was given to me. wow… absolutely disgusting.

Maybe it’s a manager issue, but it wasn’t busy and they seemed fully staffed, so I don’t know why it took 10min to make a 3x cheesburger and fry meal.
It kinda smells bad inside as well.
Like maybe the cleaning isn’t very good.
And the AC was out as well.
I started sweating before I got my food.
Maybe just avoid this location. It seems to be having issues at management.

When I stop in the morning, there are generally two ladies working. They are amazing! Very friendly.
If I stop in the evening I’m not always as pleased. They generally get my order wrong (Coke instead of Diet Coke and cheeseburger with no cheese on a cheeseburger) and I feel the stress of their day through their attitude.

Poor service , dirty no one spoke hardly any English and didnt understand it well either … made me wait forever at the counter 3 of them working a non busy drive thru , but ignored the inside counter .
