Had some mcchickens and double cheeseburgers, im a pro rater, so honestly the food was OK but it could have been better.
The guy taking the order doesn’t hear well had to tell him 4 times I wanted small waters and they still tried to charge. Smalls are free.

It’s difficult to believe that McDonald’s has fallen so far in customer service or perhaps it’s just this McDonald’s. I don’t know for certain but I’m pretty sure the software used in their kiosks is adjustable depending on whether they are providing table service or just pick up. I ordered my food this morning and table service was available so I chose the number, paid and had a seat. They were either understaffed or overworked but nonetheless it appeared they were pretty busy. About 15 minutes later I looked up and realized there were a couple of customers standing by the counter and I still had not received my food. But, I remained patient. About 10 minutes later one of the guys that was standing by the counter chatting with his buddy walked around the corner and ‘hey bud, did you order some food?’ I told him I did and he said “well it’s been setting up here for about 20 minutes”. Apparently it’s too difficult to read that the person who ordered the food expects table service because it was offered. My food was no longer warm and although I commented that they were supposed to bring it to the table I was met with blank stares like I was in some sort of episode of a B movie where all of the McDonald’s staff in some kind of zombie-like state. Avoid this particular McDonald’s if you get a chance.

This place is ridiculous. They never get any order right. If they don’t forget food, they don’t give you the right food… and I’m not talking about custom orders. I’m talking about reading a receipt and putting the food in a bag. Time to get some new workers -maybe some that can read. When you “complain” or simply express frustration over multiple wrong orders, there’s very little apologetics or consideration coming from staff. They simply don’t care.

If you want all the downsides of McDonald’s fast food with none of the upsides, this place is for you my friend! Their fries are cold, service is non existent, just an all around depressing experience. I’m recommending this location to everyone I hate.

What on earth happened to McDonald’s? This was beyond gross. The fries literally were not cooked at all. There is no service at all. They managed to put all of the condiments on the outside of the bun. If they are this incompetent to prepare the food, I can’t imagine they’re getting food safety right. The Health Department needs to take a close look at this place.

Terrible awful employees!!! Waited 5 minutes in drive thru nobody came to speaker, pulled up to the window an employee made eye contact and hit behind the window to continue her conversation with her fellow coworker. Went into the store and the manger was extremely nasty, wouldn’t provide me with her name. Other worker threw order on counter and didn’t include drinks when asked for them she gave me empty cups. Terrible service and the food they gave me was cold and disgusting. My son who had autism was not at all happy about this experience and caused him to emotional dis regulation due to me having to deal with these extremely terrible people. They should be fired.

We had the most unhappy waitress ever. She acted like she would rather be anywhere but waiting on us [4 and a baby) she was extremely slow and the service and the food was not good. This was ourc 2nd time and I was surprised how much this new middle age waitress was so unhappy. The first waitress was better. 0, all lights still on, it’s 11:30pm. No signs about being closed early and the drive thru menu boxes are lit up. We pull up to order and have to call the location to get an answer from someone to take our drive thru order. For them to tell us they are closed, fine whatever you closed early. We pull around and 3 are just sitting on the front porch tables smoking cigs with two more walking out. Short staffed… hmm. 4-5 cars pulled thru as they ignored us. That’s fine you’re closed for whatever you want, but put a damn sign up or turn off your lights.

McDonald’s app and website says”open til 11,” but they close at 10. This has caused us to lose around $70 after ordering from the app, and the staff refusing to provide the items we ordered. Instead, they just stood and looked at us through the window.
