Food was fine but I had a long drive home from greenfield and stopped here, when i got home part of my order was not there, the big mac I ordered was not in there!!! It would be a 20 minute drive to go back there to get it, then I call to let them know so I can have them refund me for the cost of the big mac and the phine rings off the hook no one answers then suddenly Phone call ends!! Now I’m irate! I’m going to have to come back there to get the refund or call my bank to do a reversal this ridiculous!

The young man working at the drive thru was told, by his manager, to instruct me to park in a RESERVED Van Accessible parking spot. The young man was put in a clearly awkward position and he definitely understood the importance of not taking up an accessible spot for drive thru traffic. Do better New Pal McDonald’s. No drive thru timer is worth taking up an accessible parking spot.

Would have loved to review the food, but that’s quite difficult when it never shows up. We placed a doordash order through this location and the employees told our driver that the order was not showing on their screen and that we cancelled it. We were willing to place another order if this was truly the case, but wanted to make sure it would actually be fulfilled before doing so, and tried to contact the store directly. No one answered and then when we tried anyway, they were conveniently closed. I worked long enough in fast-food to know they were trying to make the driver cancel the order because they didn’t want to take any more orders.

Ordered a large fry…. And as the photo shows, this is what they gave me. It’s not that it’s a bad restaurant chain… We’ve experienced being skimped fries more times than I can count. For $3.50, can’t you deliver an actual order of fries? Not overfilled – just what I paid for. This (and they were lukewarm) was just disappointing.

Missing apples in kids meal, double cheeseburger meal was completely wrong. Mayo on one sandwich only. The other sandwich had no condiments at all. Neither had been requested to be changed from regular order. Tried calling store and no one answered and no voicemail option.

Stopped here on our way to do something else and went through the drive thru for its supposed expediency. Ha. Placed our order at 6:43PM and was told they had milkshakes only to find out later they did not. Not a huge deal, We skipped the shake and ordered one double cheeseburger and some fries. Began waiting for the food at pickup window #1 after paying, and noticed it seemed like we’d been there a long time. Suddenly some teens stuck their heads out and asked if we’d ordered the kids meals, while a guy behind them yelled to them that they were for the car before us. Apparently they got their kids meals and our burger. Now the wait was on… Eventually they asked us to pull to pickup window#2 where we sat, wasting our $5+/ gallon gas until 7:20PM. The wait alone was bad enough but when we arrived at the park and unbagged the stuff, our experience got a little worse. Our double cheeseburger was now a single cheeseburger on two bun BOTTOMS! Smashed ones at that with condiments oozing out of the side, two half pieces of cheese and a piece of an onion that came from who knows what. We paid $2.49 for this mess and I can say with certainty that we were not impressed at all. We managed to have a good laugh at the fact we got two bun bottoms and the speculations we had about where the missing bun tops could have been but that did not take care of our hunger and neither did that nasty sandwich because no one here was going to eat that pile of bad service. This particular McDonald’s has not had good food or service for some time now and I’m not sure why we even go there – other than that’s about all there is in this town. Not sure that’s going to be a good enough reason anymore. I don’t recommend this place. Not even to my enemies.

Visited this location on a Sunday evening between 5 and 7 pm with my daughter. We ordered in the kiosk, and our food was prompt, hot, and fresh. Everything was correct and service was terrific. My daughter is 7 and is finding her confidence so she asked to go ask for something herself and the you man at the counter was very sweet and patient with her.

I do not know what this is but it came in my daughters 4 piece chicken nugget box inside the kids meal container. So fed up with this location. They ALWAYS find a way to mess up our orders. This is disgusting and they have completely lost my business. This is completely unacceptable.
