I should’ve known better when at drive-through there was a sign for no sodas. However, there was also no milkshakes only coffee. That should’ve been a sign. I waited in line for a good 10 minutes after my order to find out that they lost my order. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my order and got on the interstate to return home. As I was opening my cheeseburgers, I found that there was something missing. Immediately, I thought where’s the beef?? Well there was no beef, I have two buns with pickles and ketchup and mustard, but no beef. If I could give a zero I would.

This establishment needs to get it together. I have never had an order made right. The food is always cold. The one time I do a mobile order, I get notified to enjoy my food that was never brought out to me. It was carried outside to a different vehicle and then took back inside when it wasn’t the other customers. After waiting an additional 10 mins I went through the drive thru and they were upset when I asked for my cold food to be remade. Several times I have asked for something that was advertised. I get told to use the app when other McDonald’s I have been to don’t tell me that. Nothing ever works so don’t ask for a frappe or McFlurry. Anytime I’ve been inside I have to clean and wipe off my own table due to staff being to lazy to a job they get paid for. I won’t even start on the disrespectful customer service. Avoid this McDonald’s and go somewhere else.

Went to the drive through for a simple dinner after a long day. Staff was courteous when placing my order, and I was directed towards the drive through wait area. Not uncommon. But 20 minutes pass with no food. As every other customer in the drive through was in and out. I decided to go inside to see what the hold up was. Ended up getting a refund and left. Completely unacceptable for what is supposed to be quick service.

Went in to get a drink that I had ordered on the app. Went to the area to pick it up waited a few minutes had 6 different employees either look at me or walk right by me and never asked if I needed help. None of the staff were wearing hats some were dressed in pajama pants or sweatpants and hoodies. Heard four different employees cussing loud enough to be heard from the customer side of the counter and into the dining room. An employee finally acknowledged me and asked if I needed help and assisted me. As I walked out to my car there were two employees standing right outside the door the one didn’t look like they could have been more than 15 years old was smoking a cigarette about four feet from the door (loved the smell of that ) the employee that was smoking was cussing and yelling at the other employee about someone coming up to their job and disrespecting them. I’m not expecting 5 star dining when I go to McDonald’s but I don’t expect to hear bar brawl conversations and terrible food service standards.

I’ve been to this McDonalds over a handful of times because it’s a great location to meet “halfway” for meetups with family and friends because of distance. I have never had an order that was incorrect, until today. Normally, when an order is incorrect at any establishment I overlook it and make it work, but this was one i couldn’t overlook so I reluctantly asked for the order to be rectified. Even though I didn’t think it was a huge deal, because I know mistakes happen, the employees went above and beyond to make sure everthing was right and that I was taken care of. They were very apologetic and everyone I spoke with was kind and caring. I truly appreciate the experience I had today.

Went through drive thru. Made order then changed it little. Employee taking order was helpful and very friendly. Got order fast and everything was fresh, hot and what I had ordered.Will stop here again when in the area.

The woman was very kind and nice, but the hamburger meat was very wet and greasy. Please make it with less fat. I know it’s fast food and I don’t expect it to be healthy, but the meat was too greasy. Again, I appreciate you guys work.
