This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. To preface, I worked at McD’s as a teenager – was a great experience. Not even sure where to start with this place. Slow service. Get to drive through, they try to give us extra drinks. Have us park and wait for our order. Bring food to the car that pulls in behind us. Five minutes pass. I get out to go check, and they bring out a bag as I’m walking in. I ask if it’s our order number, he shrugs and hands me the bag. It’s not our order. So I take it to the counter. They don’t apologize, don’t rush my order, nothing. Fifteen minutes later, they give me my order. It’s still messed up – but I suppose at least they gave us two of the sandwiches they didn’t get right. I honestly don’t know how they can be this bad. They didn’t appear to be understaffed. The guy running orders seemed to be standing around a lot, complaining about the car without a driver (me). I’m honestly baffled at how you can provide this poor service and survive. And I certainly wasn’t the only one with wrong orders or slow service – I had plenty of company.

Only needed fries and a restroom. As always, the fries were hot, crisp and delicious and the restroom was clean. The electronic ordering system works but it is a little wonky to find what you want. You have to watch for your order number, which disappears quickly.

Ordered 2 Latte’s was given 2 iced coffees because the machine needed cleaning. Would not give me the difference in what I paid for the Latte’s! Place was filthy, trash running all over the floor. Heavy set guy by the drive up winder area (but inside) was extremely rude to my elderly sister. Slamming her coffee down and yelling at her. This place was utter chaos!!

This is the SLOWEST McDonald’s in the state of Indiana. My order is almost always wrong and you’re better off spending the extra $2 at Starbucks if you order a mcafe drink. I almost always have to have them remake it because the will leave a good 2 inches or more of the cup empty.

Just sat in line for 45 minutes wasting my gas for the cashier guy to say they didnt get my order ge then reentered the order and then sat there for 30 seconds and said the machine won’t read my card. Screw this place. I came through the drive-thru a little while ago and I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon with no onion. The order taker noted the no onion on the screen. First, $2.99 to add bacon is way too expensive. I’ll never, ever do that again. I also received onion on my burger. This particular thing has happened more often than not at every McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. I’m very disappointed in the staff at this McDonald’s and the leadership team needs to train better. I would like to be contacted by the owner.

This is by far the WORST McDonald’s in the state of IN. I only gave 1 star so I could leave this review. I waited 25 minutes for 2 mcdoubles & 2, 6 piece nuggets. One of my sandwiches didn’t even have cheese, it was soaked in grease & pepper. Fries & nuggets were cold. All the workers were teenagers who clearly need adult supervision. When you aren’t working, you shouldn’t be standing in the kitchen eating & talking to the other workers, who aren’t workin. Or having your babies on your hip in the kitchen!!

Wow. Let me tell you about the displeasure of dealing with Aiden and Corbin today. My family and I came in to eat. The order was wrong. Not a huge deal. Corbin and Aiden are at the counter basically playing like toddlers. They proceed to ring up and comp order to fix the food. This includes Aiden making noises and saying Corbin is “slow”. Super cool right? Then Corbin asked me if I wanted the food that had not been prepared correctly. I said no thank you. Aiden then proceeded to eat the food. He didn’t go to the back to hide it. He bragged and ate it in front of staff and customers. Corbin meanwhile complained that a senior citizen had ordered the wrong sized coffee and then proceeded to hand another woman a large french fry with no bag or tray. She spilled a lot of the fries because fresh fries are super hot. He looked at her with annoyance. After that I was mercifully allowed to leave with the correct food.

I was there for drive thru breakfast…After you pick up your food at the drive thru you drive around a corner to wait for your drinks, so it was not real fast. The food was good, typical McDonald’s food but the prices were higher than I’m used to.
